Shillue was an actual touring comedian at one point. He's technically part of that weird 90s wave of gen X alternative comedians who began in Chicago and almost immediately moved to NY and LA. He's a weird, reactionary old guy, but he built up the right muscles to do the job, at least. Gutfeld just showed up to the racism factory on the first day.

So wait, Tom Shillue was the replacement for this guy? In the clips where Nick Mullen is on Red Eye he seems loads funnier than fucking Gutfeld. Admittedly, that's damning with faint praise.

Got to respect the grift. She's decidedly a B or C-level pundit, but she's probably still making like 120k a year. Oh damn, she's rebranded as libertarian too! Smaller pool but they're in desperate, perpetual need of pundits who look like they go outside. She's probably getting like 200-250k now.
