Yes. While there is an ending hidden within the church content, you don't need to go down that path.

There are currently 3 options: - Doctor Trapper can mention it during session while talking about high stress. - A Random encounter with nuns in the city. - A Random encounter in the inner city (requires harassment or karmic harassment to be active) Also you need to be need to be in at least in stage 2.
