That sounds like the wrong file. Make sure you've downloaded the full version here, I also recomend grabbing the the latest .html with bugfixes from discord.

Is it ok if i start new version 0.8.3, but in the title screen it states 0.8.2.5? Or I have wrong file somehow?

The most likely cause is that you haven't "progressed" the nintendolls president far enough, you need to have all of the achievs under "At the Office" -> "Making Reparations" Through to "Corporate Cooperation" (note this final one happens via a Twig nurse event). Elzebeth's events are: intro when getting coffee, random event in women's bathroom at work, random event while working, random event in elevator on the way home, and another random event while working (if in 0.8.3, it won't trigger until you've finished the class content), they occur in order/you can't "skip" any of them

0.8.3 quick summary: the school triggers in stage 4 after you've sufficient progressed with all of your coworkers (should happen pretty automatically), Manager visit requires asking if you can go home with her, this unlocks after the event where she visits you at your flat Collar is RNG in stage 4 to run into a collared employee then ask manager about it (money) or accepting her offer (requires stage 4, submission 15+, manager to have max current affection/min anger, max secretary rank, and have given her your key permanently or be permanently out of chastity [only possible if you no longer have penis]) Cook unlocks as a random event at lunch Necklace party event is offered by manager some time after you've done the data crystal event the interview event happens directly after the school event concludes versions 0.8.0-0.8.2 should be fully covered by the wiki, older content will vary, we're still working on wiki coverage
