You are really sharing lots of helpful information 😆 I actually wasn't fully understanding how those guilds and the association worked. So, thanks for that 😉🥰. I have a clear picture of these organisations now. I see, so that's why they have to use criminals! 😓 I guess it's ok also since they have supervision.

Ah the criminals, wait until you find out what they did, which you will soon. But this little arc is pretty damn awesome. I do agree that the use of criminals is a bit sus but with lower rank gates such as D rank gates and lower, hunter guilds don't want them so they go to the hunter association which hire low rank hunters that aren't employed by guilds to clear them but the thing is most hunters are employed by guilds so to find free lance hunters that want to do a low rank dungeon raid for not that much cash is difficult and since it's the association's responsibility to make sure these low rank gates don't end up with a dungeon break, they have to get creative to clear them. So to them it's more logical to use criminals than to risk the dungeon breaking (even if it's a low rank) and the monsters causing great damage and killing innocent people. It's a very slippery slope but an organization must make hard choices for the greater good
