The Eminence in Shadow is probably among my favorite isekai. I hope you enjoy the show. Here is an interesting detail in this episode: If I remember correctly, I believe you can actually hear the crowbars clanging when he drops his bag at around 03:06. You might have to turn up the volume to notice it.

Frist episode is bit confusing. But you will notice that he exacly like Ains took to himself and his companions do things behind his back and think that they leader is so smart and all of that was his plan.
