Konbu is indeed name of seaweed used as basis to make one of the basic stocks (dashi) when cooking Japanese food.

Btw Tatsumaki is voiced I think by the same voice actress that is main character in Youjo Senki - Tanya, which is still one of the most unique/original isekai settings. It was my no. 1 isekai series until Eminence in Shadow, which is the best isekai of all times.

ohh I did see that being mentioned that a kid who got saved 3 years ago is the one who founded the association, but I didn't link it to the kid in episode 1 😆 thank you for pointing it out haha so it's all thanks to Saitama!

Not sure if you noticed, but the hero association was founded because Saitama rescued that kid three years ago and because of that the kids rich family made the hero association
