For the longest time, I thought that slow and sad sounding song they played in this episode was a sappy love song, but if you actually look at the lyrics, it's about the thoughts Ryuko's dad has in his final moments 😭 here's the lyrics incase you don't want to look up the song: " You're alone in the rain, Been thinking of you, You can't stop your tears.
