Looks like you know which movie to watch next :P Regarding the speech at the end, they were basically saying that while "Iron Man" (meaning the suit and his abilities) is a great candidate for the Avengers, they believe that his character is problematic, which is why they said Iron Man was suitable but not Tony Stark.
