I found it really funny that he deemed unfit for battle because of a rotten potato 😂 they really make this anime so funny at times, even when there is so much destruction and war going on. thank you for sharing that info! poor Tanya had to get into one of those crazy rockets, but she survived 😆

This was based on the Schieffen plan utilised by Germany against France. They invaded through Belgium, which was neutral at the time, which the unfortunate consequence of bringing the UK into the war (from a German perspective)

oof imagine going to war and losing to a potato, but at least he survived to go home so i guess there are worse ways to go 😂 V-1 was a real rocket that Germany made during ww2 but unlike the anime they where unmanned and had 1 engine so they were much slower, piloted versions did exist but was banned and never used.
