Well, for Spy Family I'd say that the ratio between slice of life and plot driven stuff is about 75-25. Well, might be closer to 70-30 currently in the manga. But even the slice of life stuff does have plenty of character development and world building, IMO.

I hope Anya never ends up in a dangerous situation during a new moon when she loses her power. I just have a feeling this detail will come into play later, especially since the story made a point of introducing it. Also, getting into Eden Academy is already tough, but staying there seems even harder, especially with instructors deliberately making the test questions more difficult than they need to be😠. It really puts into perspective how much Anya pushed herself to pass the midterm exams👏, considering she’s not exactly academically gifted and is younger than her classmates.

Oh Daylight... he was somehow invisible to everyone haha. If only he didn't panic at the end with the guard. I think he would've made it. Oh well. Anya has the potential to more, but that isn't fun or super-duper cool!
