That was a close call. He barely escaped the goddess trap. That darn goddess!!! He just wants to be a merchant and learn! Do you want him to slay you!? haha

Makoto didn't realize that when his ring exploded in the last episode; it was suppressed heavily by mini Tomoe fragment, the alkey guy AND the clay Aegis, and what mana left of it was still on the scale of a bomb. So he didn't realize he create a small nuke when he fire a shot with all his ring and he didn't stuck around to see he completely alter the landscape.
