Discontinued handling 4k image quality 4k
🕑 Added 2022-04-27 18:23:01 +0000 UTCThank you for your continued support.
We apologize for the sudden change, but we will no longer offer 4k quality.
The reason for this is that it is difficult to output 4k quality for some videos.
We would like to offer 4k quality whenever possible, but please consider that it will basically not be offered in the future.
If 4k output is difficult, we will provide 1440p or another differential.
For those supporters who have joined the paid plan with 4k as their main objective, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you discontinue your support.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sudden change of plans, and thank you for your continued support.
