Of Panties and Pacifiers (Chapter 32)

The main change was that Brook no longer wore any of her diapers around Chloe unless she was just going to bed soon. Other than that, these days Chloe was the only one ever wearing any around the house.
Things had done a complete 180 around their apartment and Chloe suddenly knew she was the one who had more to lose if everyone at their company found out. Brook was just a bed wetter after all. People could giggle and make jokes about that, but at the end of the day it didn’t really affect anything.
Chloe on the other hand had been having accidents even during the day, on and off for months now. If anyone at her company found out about all that she’d be a laughing stock. She had no choice but to keep Brook happy or else the girl might one day decide to spill the beans and tell everyone. She’d still get a little embarrassment herself, but it would be heavily overshadowed by Chloe’s own humiliating secret.
She’d seen Brook call up Sandra a few times and chat for a while. She wasn’t sure what the two of them were talking about for so long, but she wasn’t sure she really wanted to know. Because of this, Sandra told Chloe that she no longer needed to send her the daily photos of her diapers, as long as Brook promised to keep an eye on her. Something Brook was only too happy to accept.
All things considered, Chloe supposed she should at least consider herself lucky. Besides wearing the diapers around the house, (Which she had already needed to do out of necessity.) Brook hadn’t changed too many things about her day to day process. She even decided that she’d let her wear pull-ups once in a while if she was extra careful about not leaking. Though wearing pull-ups was a rare privilege, something that Brook often reminded her of. She was pretty sure Brook just thought it was cute she could fit into them in the first place given they were made for children. Chloe wanted to point out the fact that Brook fit into them just fine too, but knew that pissing the girl off wouldn’t be her best course of action right now.
There were a few times when Chloe was just chilling on the couch in just a shirt and pull-up (Not allowed to wear anything over her protection while it was just the two of them at home as per one of Brook’s new rules.) and Brook would just come up out of nowhere and place her hand down firmly on Chloe’s crotch to “check” the girls’ protection.
“Hey!” Chloe whined, looking down at Brook’s hand. “I don’t need you to do that Brook. I’m not a little kid. I can take care of it myself.”
Brook just smiled and ignored Chloe’s protesting as she thoroughly checked the padding. Her hand pressing down against her crotch and feeling deeper, in between her legs before finally pulling it away. “Oh my goodness sweetheart! Good job! You managed to keep your diapee dry for once. That’s a first. I’m so proud of you!”
Chloe glared harshly at her. “Oh haha. You’re so funny.”
Brook giggled and hopped off the couch. “Hehe thanks! I think so too! Oh come on now Chloe, don’t give me that face. I’m being nice and letting you wear a pull-up so give me a smile. Come on... come on now, lemme see a smile... hmph. It’s either a smile or I go grab you the thickest diaper we own... Aww, there we go. Good job cutie!”
She said all that before practically skipping away, happy as a clam. Chloe quickly let her ‘smile’ fall away, replaced by deep annoyance. Although she was embarrassed by Brook’s “checking her”, Chloe had to admit that the girl had forced her thoughts off of what she’d been doing and down to her pull-up. Now that she was thinking about it... she did kinda need to pee. The padded girl got to her feet and blushed a little as she half waddled to the bathroom to relieve herself before she really did have an accident.

It wasn’t long before Brook got the brilliant idea of putting herself officially in charge of Chloe’s bathroom habits. Chloe was shocked as the girl added the rule that Chloe herself now had to ask permission directly from her on whether she could go to the bathroom. The rule was that she still had to be completely dry when she asked her or Brook would flat out refuse and make her soak the diaper she was wearing.
Because of this, Chloe had been trying her hardest to be more careful. Now that even a few little drops could mean the difference between her making it to the toilet or completely soaking herself, she was trying to pay attention to her needs. Unfortunately... she actually started ending up in more soaked diapers than ever! With her dwindling control she often had at least a tiny bit of dampness in her diaper before realizing how badly she needed to go, which ultimately led to Brook immediately refusing to let her go. She considered many times just ignoring Brook’s rule to ask permission and just sneak off to the bathroom, but after she’d gotten caught once, Brook warned her that there would be severe consequences if it happened again, something which Chloe had zero desire to let happen. Overall, the amount of soaked diapers she had now found herself in had at least tripled now that Brook was in charge of her ability to use the bathroom.
She thought that living her life in diapers before was bad. Having Brook around, acting like her babysitter, was only making things ten times worse.
The one positive to it all was that Brook had actually been surprisingly cool and helped her find a few new jobs. They had briefly talked about the “fetish” work that Brook had done in the past and it sounded like the girl certainly had more connections in that realm than Chloe did.
Brook decided that the least she could do was help Chloe find some new stuff after how much she’d been teasing her lately. She showed her some new diaper websites and showed her some better ways to set up her camera and angle her butt to get some of the best diaper photos. Chloe wasn’t really sure she wanted to become better at taking diaper fetish photos of herself, but for now at least, that’s what was paying the bills. So she had no choice. At least Brook didn’t know about the messy diaper she’d had. She hoped she never found out about that.
