Of Panties and Pacifiers (Chapter 40)

The two of them were officially assigned as her ‘Caretakers’. They had been assigned the task (By whatever nutjob ran this place.) to extract her, transport her, and eventually train her. According to them, they were quite looking forward to the rest of their assignment, which made Chloe cringe in her crib.
Just as the email had technically described, she was being kept in a state of the art facility designed to help her discover “who she truly was”. She wouldn’t be... excused from the facility, until she completed the program. A program that both twins promised would change her life forever.
“Oooh! Speaking of change! We didn’t show her her new hair yet, Tori! Hehehe.” Tina giggled as she excitedly went over to a piece of furniture in the corner of the room and started digging through the drawers until she pulled out a little handheld mirror. She brought it over to Chloe’s crib and put the mirror right above her, angling it up slightly. Chloe was surprised as she saw that her hair was suddenly pink! How long had it been like that? She looked at herself in shock.
“Awww, isn’t it cute? As your caretakers we have free reign to try out new looks on our little girl. And I thought you’d look so cute like this, hehehe! Don’t you think so, Tori?”
Her sister chuckled a little and shrugged. “If you say so Tina.”
Tina rolled her eyes a little and turned back to Chloe. “Eh, what does she know? Hehe. It looks darling on you sweetie. Oh don’t worry. I only put a little bit in, it will fade. In fact, it’ll probably wash out completely the first time we give you a bath. You’ll be right back to our good little blonde baby.” She smiled as she walked away, putting the mirror back.
Chloe was horrified at how much control they clearly had over her, and how little she seemed to have over herself! Did she say they were gonna... give her a bath?! What the fuck... Chloe thought.
“Alright, first things first,” Tori cut in. “Look at how soggy our little baby is, Tina, she needs a change right away.”
A fresh wave of giggles came from both girls as they looked down at their charge’s diaper and really took in how soaked it was. Chloe could feel how hot her face was, but her hands couldn’t even reach her diaper to even attempt covering it up. Spread eagle the way she was, she was totally on display for them to look down at her and mock her.
“You’re right. I’d hate for the little girl to get a diapie rash. Hehehe.”
The two of them teased her as they reached down and poked and prodded at her diaper, pressing the cold soaked padding against her privates. Chloe had never felt more humiliated in her life as both girls stared down at her, locked up and helpless as they giggled at her.
Finally, they stopped their teasing long enough to actually change her. Chloe closed her eyes, steeling herself for an actual diaper change. At least back when Sandra had changed her she had been really sweet and kind about it and Chloe had been almost too drunk to even realize or care.
But these girls seemed to take joy in making Chloe as embarrassed as possible. They slowly but expertly worked together to strip her diaper off and began cleaning her up with wipes. Once she was all clean, Chloe felt unbelievably awkward as they stared down at her naked privates for a moment before glancing at each other and nodding, wordlessly. Chloe didn’t like the look on their faces one bit.
Tina left the room through the only doorway, and soon came back holding a bottle of shaving cream and a razor.
“W-what are you doing??” Chloe demanded, but both girls ignored her as they got closer and closer. First the girls slipped another full sized white diaper underneath her butt and then Tori reached down and started smoothing shaving cream all over her crotch.
“We’re making you more presentable as our good little girl.” Tina commented, giggling. “Don’t squirm little girl. Tori doesn’t want to cut you.”
Despite how much she desperately wanted to disobey, Chloe whimpered as the blonde girl brought the razor right over her naked privates and was forced to watch as she shaved off every little womanly hair she had down there, leaving her as bald as a newborn! Chloe couldn’t believe it. Her perfect trim, that as a model she had worked a long time to keep perfect and beautiful, was now gone completely, leaving her looking like the little girl who really did belong in diapers.
After poofing some baby powder all over Chloe’s crotch, the twins easily pulled the front of the crinkly garment up and wrapped it up tight.
“There you go sweetie.” Tina said, patting the front of Chloe’s crotch. “Nice and clean. Doesn’t that feel better?”
The girls chatted, mostly about their adorable baby Chloe as they put the changing supplies away, then turned back to their charge, “Alright sweetie. You’ve been pretty good so far, but the next thing on today’s agenda is a little bit tougher. We’ll see if you’re up to the task.”
Chloe gave the two of them a confused glance until Tori slipped Chloe’s own cell phone out of her pocket and dangled it in front of the restrained model’s face...
