Not sure whether Buffy is the origin but Mr. Clucks in this is more directly a reference to another show which was written by the OUAT writers and has a number of references to it in OUAT; a show in which the Mr. Clucks franchise has the same catchphrase and design.

Love the Villains Cruella is delightfully delicious Darlings. & Ursula is, Wait, What about the fish Ursula? We need to know that they are being looked after. 🐠🐟🦐🦀🐋🦐🐡🐬🐧🦢¿ 💖🌍🌏🌎💖👩🏼🧑🏻💖 Hook & Emma hanging out at Granny's watching Henry trying to hack the the Fairytail book, to find OUAT more about the Author of all the stories is. Is such a cute scene, as well as Hook waiting for Emma, at her yellow bug, "Why yellow?" The two meeting up, & Hook hands her a Coffee cup, then affectionately puts his arm around her, & the two head for the Clock tower Library, where he gives her a loving lil kiss on her forehead, as Belle smiles at the both of them. All three being so adorable, & amazing. As Belle & Hook head inside of the Library we find OUAT that both Hook & Belle are trying to figure OUAT how to get the Fairy's from their imprisonment, within Rumplestilkin's magic Sucking hat. Emma bounces off to Sheriffing the Towne. 💏⭐👩🏼 So cute!! 💖🤘🏼

Hook & Emma, Emma & Regina, Sigh, Hook & Belle, I adore this scene between the two, each in understanding the man who fooled them, & could do nothing to stop the manipulation of Rumplestilkin. Hook now ever grateful to the woman who saved his very heart, so that Emma, & him can continue being CS💖✨Regina with the barbs towards the other Villains, is priceless. 👸🏻🤴🏼Snow & Charming showing a shade of darkness, we knew might be there, when Snow set out to kill Cora, & Comitted the murder, said she was sorry, but she didn't mean it. But surprising, her sweet Emma, maybe has a darkness as well, like her Snowy🐦birdy loving Mom?🌬️ ❄️🌨️❄️🌨️❄️🦇🦢

I think Mr. Clucks was last seen in Buffy, Season 3 Faith's Ep. Mr. Trick was getting take out. BTV's Universe continues with a wink, & a little nudge nudge Trib. To Mr. Clucks, Where Buffy also had to work & yuck, had to be more then a bee in that old woman's Bonet...
