126 - 12th Sketch of the Month - π
🕑 Added 2024-02-26 21:21:09 +0000 UTCThe first double-nomination event went interestingly, then there was kind of a fight in the 2 voting sections between Tier2 and 3 patrons. Sinners have voted early before the closing and I'd like to thank them again for participating. An overall 20 votes were given out in the end which is a new record aswell. π
Here are the results of the February voting:
- Hildryn & Protea got a place at table 3 with 2 votes.
- For the 2nd place we got 2 nominations: Valkyr and the 2 Half-Life Assassin ladies got 5-5 votes.
- Then the First place got reserved by Wrex & Tali with overall 8 votes! π
damn.. I barely could fit everyone in the top3 pic.. xd
(also there's an amongus under the table in the middle, but ya might have noticed it without me pointing it out)
So yea, since Tali got a chance to be worked on again by me, I asked the person who nominated them if I could... or if I should make 'em.. ya know.. ( Ν‘Β° ΝΚ Ν‘Β°)
So obviously I got the greenlight to create something nsfw with the two, but settling down what to create was a bit of a challenge. And I didn't even consider that the real challenging part of the creation was "how to draw a krogan without his armor". Cuz I don't have a 3D model of that, nor know any good source nor pictures to use as a reference. Good thing this is suppose to be a sketch and not a serious picture, right? .... haha... Right? π¦
So this is how it went:
- After days of thinking and gathering possible poses, I settled down with this one. Originally I thought of doing another bj kind of picture, but I realised I did that twice previously, thus I thought I should do a different kind of theme. I was inspired by a 3D animation and used a pose from that, picturing from a different angle for my scene. I also somehow wanted to have one of Tali's leg bent and having her foot rested on the krogan's chest. Obviously that's out of the picture, but maybe it shows a bit that it's suppose to be the furthest leg of hers (eventho, quarians have weirdly shaped legs).
- I also wanted to have a Tali in her usual outfit, so this is unlike any of my previous arts of her, where she's wearing something else. To achieve such goals, I used SFM once again to pose the characters and look at details of their gear. So this picture is also the first time I drew her in her default look!
- I used a random armored krogan model for the other character. I don't have any nude for that species. I had to search on the internet for details on how krogans look without an armour. So this is another reason why it's not clear that this is Wrex. I didn't want to hurt anyone's bro-kind of precious feelings towards the character and all that, so I didn't have any intentions to make any significant signs that this character is suppose to be him. I'm okay if some considers him as a random krogan or looks at him as he's Wrex.
- This was done +4 hours at first, then the next day I went back at it to do something/fix the krogan part. An account at twitter named "ArglackS" has a lot of nsfw kind of content of a krogan, I scrolled through it searching for reference pics for the arm, hand, fingers, wrist and side part of the body. Idk if the added extra details made the pic look better, but at least his arm indeed became more detailed. xd The shoulder and biceps is mostly a random thing from me that I left like that.
- As for the dick design, I didn't think much, I was just adding and erasing some details. Didn't give it too much of a thought, so it's not a stable krogan cock design from me, that's for sure. I hope Tali enjoys the ribbed surface tho. :]
The story it's telling?:
While making this, I imagined this scene could fit a scenario where Shepard went out for a mission, leaving out these two from the team.. :)c Or idk, Tali's called in being busy while doing some calibrations, thus this's happening as she got put up onto a keyboard. Good thing that that keyboard is giving a nice feature to the picture as being a light source onto the characters. B] I find that a really nice touch in the pic and the overall colours are pleasing for me' eyes. Finally managed to make a more of a gray kind of picture too! I wanted to do that in a while.
Also, I know it's not noticable(?) but I used a new brush for the lineart here. Before this work, I've made the Top3 picture for March's event, and decided to continue to use that same brush cuz I found it nice and good for sketching. It's called "Acrybrush" in my set of brushes and I most likely have added it in the past from somewhere, but don't remember where I've gotten it..
There's a LOT of alternatives for this picture:
So much it was overwhelming and made me wanna delay this project. I guess I should avoid such thing in the future. I like creating, but this post-process part to save out the work into an actual picture files was so time-consuming and was making me grumpy.. :'d
Anyways, for more alts where Wrex/the krogan is missing and only Tali is seen (with or without a cock/dildo in her), head over to this post that's for Tier2 patrons: β¨ +20 alt here β¨
- Obviously, Tier3 patrons can already enjoy the full resolutions in my shared Googledrive folder.
I made this drawing after some long and addicting gameplaying, I was trying to escape but it still fucked up my sleeping schedule. Maybe I got fueled up to do this this well, or idk. But I like how this came out, overall.
- Idk if I've made Tali's expression good, she's suppose to have heart eyes, but it looks like she's kinda making an ahegao face.. I'm sry. :'d
- Then it took days to actually make this work into pics.. I've freakin made 31 alts, I really should avoid doing this, damn. x'd
- Anyways there are lots of other tiny hearts scattered around the picture, and some texts I didn't like how were placed, but I thought I show em as alts here.
- All the files in the post have captions pointing out the differences in the picture, so you'll see it too, if you're curious. I think when I publish this, I'll put out one version that's faceless and one with eyes.
Thanks for voting for this once again, I hope you like the results! :]
