Your feeling about sports, (which I've also played younger), is exactly the same about people who are your best friends still. I just went to my friends 40th birthday party. There's something about going through that workout together, practicing at 7am. or in the afternoon until it's dark. I remember and keep in touch with those people more than I really understood to that very simple explanation.

I thin Sam's kinda wrong about Frozen being a metaphor for puberty even tho technically Anna and Elsa are just becoming adults in it. I think the healing of your parents' mistakes and learning what healty love is, fits for any age, not just puberty.

I know for a fact she ain't making it through the second season without crying. I think every single person who's watched the show knows of at least one episode this season that will 100% get her.

My favorite part of this show has always been how they resolve personal conflicts usually within the same episode. They don't use it as a plot device and drag it out for entire seasons and instead handle it like adults and display mature communication.
