Sammy is definitely cooling off with some bingsu/shaved ice alongside with Cobalt.
Although... Cobalt might be a bit overchilled.
This piece was definitely inspired by an old rpg's cutscene on the Genesis/Mega Drive. Can you guess which one it is?

Loooove Sammy’s little cheek fluffs how they kinda slope down like the ears!! I also love the little bit of light blue between Cobalt’s fur markings, it’s a great touch!
