What Else is Big?
🕑 Added 2025-05-18 15:00:07 +0000 UTCI miss doing animatics... so here is one! Responsibly too, this time (took breaks in between)!
I started off roughing out the 4 main shots and getting the timing down for the characters. And also relearning how to draw Theo's weird hair strands. Some frames and layers did get changed up or completely removed in the final output.
Next was colouring/cheesing the fill bucket and further editing the timing. Some of the shots did not have enough time to emphasise on the mood and pose, so the original clip was split into chunks and spaced out. Later a music track was added to mask over the silence from the audio gaps.
Next up was the backgrounds. Unfortunately, most of the budget went to that one part where Theo shared his card collection, so really, it was just a singular BG that was stretched or moved around to show signs of a shot transition.
