unfortunately with the version you seem to be watching you dont get the narrator at the start and end of each episode who is voiced by the guy who voiced takumi

Jay, I swear to you, the author didn't really know what he was doing with the post-race stuff to start with but it does get better after Race 2 and especially after Race 3. If we get a standard 12 episode season, I'm anticipating we have episodes 1 and part of 2 to get us to the race start, 7-8 more episodes of race after that, then 1-2 more episodes to get us to the start of qualifying for Race 3. Also... if you think Race 2 is about to be crazy (and it IS), wait for Race 4.
