Pregnancy/being stretched by tentacles/semen
Such performance
Because several people mentioned that they didn't like it.
But there were also many supporters in the previous responses.
So send a vote and see
Future designs and actual mods will be adjusted according to the results of this vote.
Of course, I'm not totally biased toward an idea.
Just look at the normal or big belly.
Which is the default option?
Which is optional (as an additional option, not necessarily for every mod)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the poll results it seems more people like it than don't, even if you don't understand why
A Casual Observer
My only concern is that if the excessively large abdomins are the primary feature of the pornographic and hardcore versions, you should probably just include more options even if it takes slightly longer, because I cannot understand what exactly about it that people find attractive.
