Update: Where I currently am at
🕑 Added 2025-05-30 03:11:33 +0000 UTCHello everyone,
I am sorry I haven't been posting a lot. I've been mentally struggling with my eating disorder again (relapsed feelings/ptsd) and didn't want to mention it for the longest time because I wanted to suppress the feelings. Be more strong and brave to get over it, pretend it's not happening in hopes that it would help. Though it hasn't. I have my highs and my lows, but lately had a lot of lows. I have been going to therapy for several weeks now, however it hasn't been the best since my therapist is an intern. He isn't qualified to diagnose me with anything, purely speculation, and I can't improve my mental health based on speculations :/
It's been difficult to draw anything, I tried. I managed some quick sketches, managed a full piece or two, but beyond that not very much (I will still post them regardless). The ED I have is the kind where I have obsessive thoughts over it practically everyday, making it difficult to draw or even perform some tasks around the house. Though I do my best and do what I can.
On the bright side, I think I got approved for free Medicaid. So hopefully I can get a certified therapist soon that can really help me and maybe I could even start some kind of medication for anxiety or possibly OCD. Aside from abuse from the family, my mental health is why I moved in with my friend. I am in a place where I can focus on improving it and that is what I have been doing the past two months.
To those who have commissions from me, I apologize to have them on hold, but I have not accepted any new ones since then. I do not plan to open them again either until I am in a better headspace.
