本日の投稿は視聴者様にプレゼントしていただいたチャイナドレスを着用した写真です🍜
いつもポーズや背景が一緒なので、たまには変えたほうが楽しんでいただけるかな？と考えて背景をクロマキー合成してみました(/・ω・)/
クロマキー合成をすると画質が下がる気がしますし、普段のお家の背景のほうが良いでしょうか？
来月は白い背景で撮影してみようかなとも思っています📷

【最近の癒し】
私の最近の癒しは、仕事中に緑の多い場所で自分の好きなことを考えたりぼーっとしながら風を感じることです😊（仕事中に何してるんだよ、と思われるかもしれませんがひとまず最後まで読んでみてください_(._.)_💦）
働いている職場の建物を出るとすぐに大きな駐車場（駐車率30%くらい）があって、駐車場前の道の奥には原っぱが見えます。
さらにその奥には川が流れています。
駐車場前の道は先が行き止まりなのでほとんど車は通りません。
とても自然豊かで静かな場所に職場があります。
私は1日に1回必ず徒歩で外に出る用事があるのですが、気候の良い今、自然を見ながらてくてくと広い駐車場を歩く時にすごく癒されています🍃
歩きながらぼーっとしていることもありますが、支援サイトに次に投稿する動画はどんな流れにしようかな？と考えたりもします。
皆さんからいただいた優しいコメントを思い返すこともあります。
他には仕事中にぶどう味のハードグミやプレゼントしていただいた飲料、お菓子をいただくことも最近の癒しです(^^)/
これをやったら何か食べよう…！って感じです。

新年度が始まり忙しくなった方はそろそろ疲れが出始めるころかなと思います。
疲れている時は可能な限り早めに就寝したり、疲労回復に効果的なビタミンB1（豚肉・うなぎ等）やストレスが多いと大量に消耗されるビタミンC（ゴールドキウイ・ブロッコリー等）を積極的に摂取して疲れを溜めないようにしてくださいねm(__)m
と言うのは簡単でも中々難しいですけどね(´;ω;｀)💦
『はぁ疲れた、今日も頑張ったなー』っていう時に観て癒されるような動画づくりを頑張りたいです(*'ω'*)

Today's post is a photo of me wearing a Chinese dress that was gifted to me by a viewer 🍜.
Since the poses and backgrounds are always the same, I thought it might be more enjoyable to change them once in a while. So I decided to chroma-key the background.
I feel that chroma keying will lower the quality of the image, and would you prefer the usual background of your house?
I'm also thinking of shooting against a white background next month 📷

My latest healing experience is to feel the breeze while I'm at work in a green place, thinking about what I like to do or just dawdling 😊.
As soon as you exit the building where I work, there is a large parking lot (about 30% parking) and you can see a field at the end of the street in front of the parking lot.
Further back is a river.
The road in front of the parking lot dead-ends at the end, so hardly any cars pass by.
The workplace is located in a very natural and quiet place.
I always have to go outside on foot once a day, and now that the weather is nice, it is very relaxing to walk through the large parking lot while looking at nature 🍃.
Sometimes I'm in a daze while walking, and I wonder what the flow of the next video I'm going to post on the support site will be. I sometimes think about it.
I sometimes think back to the kind comments I have received from everyone.
I also enjoy eating grape-flavored hard gummies while working.

When you are tired, please go to bed as early as possible and take vitamin B1 (pork, eel, etc.), which is effective in relieving fatigue, and vitamin C (gold kiwi, broccoli, etc.), which is consumed in large amounts when you are under a lot of stress, to prevent fatigue. m(__)m
It's not easy to do, though 💦.

The vitamin b about eel is what I saw once in anime or show and that part is interesting that it helps.

I find that when I'm tired, I feel more energized when I eat fruits that are high in vitamin c!🥝 You should be aware of that when you're tired, Mr.Darkness!🍀
