先日、入浴施設に7時間滞在してリフレッシュできたsumomoです😊🍑
皆さんは入浴施設で長時間過ごしたことがありますか？
私は長時間過ごしたのは今回が初めてでした👀
とは言っても実際に入浴をしたのは1時間くらいで、後はご飯を食べたり休憩室が空いていたのでそこでゴロゴロしていました。
普段外ではあまり寝れないのですがこの日は入浴後という事もあってか1時間くらい熟睡してしまいました😪気持ち良かったな。
今回の投稿では、来月の予定をお知らせします🍀

今年も残り1ヶ月と少しになりましたね。
12月はクリスマスがあるからワクワクしますしその後すぐにお正月モードに入る、その雰囲気も好きです🥰
クリスマスはASMR投稿者さんのライブを観られる方も多いのかな？
今年のクリスマス付近にはYouTubeライブをする予定がないのですが、いつかまたどこかのタイミングでできたら良いなと思っています🎍

月の初めに日帰りで旅行に行きました🚗³₃

そういえば以前YouTubeに投稿した川辺の動画を撮る時も、かなり山の中だったので熊に遭遇しないか不安でした😵
実際は山の中とはいえ車は結構通るし人も少しいたので熊が出そうな雰囲気ではありませんでしたが。
本当に危なそうな場所に行く時は熊撃退スプレーを持っていった方が良さそうですね。
（熊からしたらとんでもない迷惑🐻💦）

I'm sumomo. 😊🍑🍑 I spent 7 hours in a bathing facility the other day and felt refreshed.
Have you ever spent a long time in a bathing facility?
This was the first time I spent a long time 👀.
However, I actually took a bath for about an hour, and the rest of the time was spent eating and lounging around in the restrooms that were available.
I usually don't sleep well outside, but on this day I slept soundly for about an hour, probably because it was after bathing 😪 It felt good.
In this post, I will let you know what is planned for next month🍀.

We have only a little more than a month left in this year.
December is exciting because we have Christmas and then immediately afterwards we get into New Year's mode, and I love that atmosphere 🥰.
I wonder if many of you will be watching ASMR contributors live at Christmas?
I don't have any plans to do a YouTube live around Christmas this year, but I hope to do it again at some point 🎍.

A little blog
We went on a one-day trip at the beginning of this month 🚗³₃.
I took some videos and photos at the right time to get in touch with nature and I would like to post them here.
It was a pleasant day, sunny but windy🍃.

I was too scared to go any further (--;))
Come to think of it, when I was filming the riverside video I posted on YouTube earlier, I was worried that I might encounter a bear because it was in quite a mountainous area😵.
In fact, even though it was in the mountains, there were quite a few cars passing by and a few people, so it didn't seem like there would be a bear.
I think it would be better to bring bear repellent spray when going to a really dangerous place.
(It would be a hell of a nuisance from the bear's point of view. 🐻💦)
