最近の悩み事💭
それは食欲が凄まじいということ😂
最近は好きなだけ食べていたけど、このままではまずいぞと思い食生活（特に間食の内容）に気をつけることにしました。
脂質を抑えつつカロリーの割に腹持ちのいいレシピを見つけたので皆さんに共有させてもらいます👀✨

【米粉蒸しパン】
○材料
米粉 40g
絹ごし豆腐 30g
卵 1個
ベーキングパウダー 4g
はちみつ 15g
○作り方
材料をよく混ぜて600wで3分チンするだけ！

これまで米粉を使う事はほぼ無かったのですが本当に空腹に悩んでいたので1kg購入して間食として利用してます🥹
この蒸しパンを食べることを楽しみに、甘いものを我慢するのを頑張っています🤭
小麦で作るよりも腹持ちが良く、食べたあとの「もっと食べたい！！」が起こりにくい気がするので同じ悩みがある方にオススメです😊🍴
余った豆腐は湯豆腐や冷奴として食べます😋

（ダマになっても気にしない派です）

レンジでチンするからなのか、底面がボコボコでちょっと気持ち悪い見た目になっちゃうのですが簡単レシピなので仕方ないかな(ᐢᴖ ·̫ ᴖᐢ)👍🏻

My latest problem 💭
It's that I have a tremendous appetite 😂 lately I've been eating as much as I want, but I decided to watch my diet (especially what I snack on) because I don't think it's good for my health if I don't.
I found a recipe that can keep my hunger at bay for a long time while reducing fat and calories 👀✨ and I'd like to share it with you guys 👀✨.

[Rice Flour Steamed Buns]
〇Ingredients
40g rice flour
30g silken tofu
1 egg
4g baking powder
15g honey
〇How to make
Mix ingredients well and microwave at 600w for 3 minutes!

I have almost never used rice flour before, but I was really struggling with hunger, so I bought 1kg and use it as a snack 🥹I look forward to eating this steamed bread and try my best to resist sweets 🤭I would recommend it to anyone who has the same problem because it keeps me feeling fuller than if it were made with wheat and I feel like I am less likely to feel the urge to eat more afterwards 😊🍴.
I eat the extra tofu as yudofu or chilled tofu 😋.

I don't know if it's because I heat it in the microwave, but it makes the bottom uneven and looks a little weird, but it's a simple recipe so I guess I can't help it (ᐢᴖ ·̫ ᴖᐢ)👍🏻
If you want to feel even fuller, you can have it with a hot drink 🎶 if you like.
