Sorry, I don't understand the question. This mod is standalone and has no other version or something that could be included.

Is there a possibility to include this mod with the Mod New insert versions or Insert 3.4?

If nothing shows up, it could be a caching issue. Try to change your screen setting (Fullscreen/Windowed/...), save and then change back. Afterwards the menu should re-appear again. Let me know, if this works for you.
