What would you like to see except Gr.C in upcoming future for Assetto Corsa?
🕑 Added 2021-04-23 05:33:26 +0000 UTCHi guys, how are you? I'd like to make some poll.
Recently few month 90% of time was spent on Gr.C 80s. Not everything was done yet. But i think you also would like to see something more?
On my hard drive i have lot of preparations for different closed wheel series. And i think we could make not only one single series in raw, but make one by one car from different series.
Please vote, or write you preference in comment
!!!! Also, do you like arleady existed car would be balanced with new made cars to have a good ride?
PS: does someone has old rFactor VLN 2005 mod on the hard drive? Can not find it anywhere in web? Please upload it for me if you do.

Just personal preference, but I'd love anything '50s and '60s - there are so many good tracks for this era by the likes of FatAlfie, SergioLoro and Co that it would be great to have more matching carsets for it. Can happily help source models for it if this was of interest too.
Tony Barracuda
do you have all these cars for rfactor or something?
70's prototypes (Matra 670, Mirage GR8...) including 2000cc (chevron, osella, march, toj, lola...), 70's and 80's formula 2.
Tony Barracuda
agree! i think GT300 passed by many racing fans. For me i also have not noticed this series from beginning. But then, variety of cars shocked me. Hovewer i can not say that racing itself were as much interesting as V8 supercars, for example
Grace Dylan
I mean I want to click all of them, but a full early 90s group a JTCC grid would be epic!
Conner Daintry
I'm sorry but who wouldn't want GT300 in AC? One of the coolest racing classes in the world and some of those vehicles are super underrepresented in AC. Also seeing the Eva Racing Mooncraft Shiden would help complete the Eva Racing collection in AC xD
90s Group C and WSC cars like the Riley&Scott MKIII and the Kudzu's would be a great addition
Greg F
Tony the site you linked is very good. But just like your group C collection, there are many different cars that ran through the 80s especially. Lots of holes can be filled. One being Mazda Rx7s and there are a few Nissans 240z and 280z out there that can be modified with flairs and front air dams. Just like all the Porsches we have lots of variety in similar cars.
MPK
Agreed, and thanks to the modder for doing the original conversion too - they're much better than anything I could make myself!
Tony Barracuda
Understood, mate. Physics can be reworked. Thats really important. But for 3D model, we have what we have....
MPK
The cars on https://sites.google.com/view/assetto-corsa-imsa seriously need physics tweeks, some of them are faster than LMP1's... and in many cases the models are just plain awful. But that said, they're the best we have so far as GTU/GTO right now.
Tony Barracuda
Does it refer to wsc 70s ? According the poll, first place is group C 80 and 90.then GT. Yes, probably can mix up with WSC from 70s
Kelpo
How about some Can-Am/Group 7 mods?
Tony Barracuda
what about these ones?? https://sites.google.com/view/assetto-corsa-imsa/ i have not tried them, only Vector. Will use it for GT pack with some reworks.

I'm with Greg above, 1970's-early 90's LM and GTO/GTU IMSA stuff rocks, and there's very little available out there for AC at this time.
Greg F
I really like 1970s-early 90s LM and GtO/GTU IMSA stuff. Those cars where not drivers cars but just beasts!

I think the niche of open wheelers is full now. Its great variety of them in high quality. Eastern Formula from Zhizhgames, RSS Formula 1 2 3 indy, ASR Formula 1 from 1990s, now even got one Formula Ford . And also lot of old school classic F1, F5000 etc. I only made one open wheeler Porsche 804, because love this so much <3
Tony Barracuda
Thats good, because we have one =) noted
Like conversions of rf formula 2 mods
And what about open wheeler cars?
90's Group C would be brilliant, always wanted a Merc C11 but not been able to find one with a working link
Tony Barracuda
got it) yep, and poll result prove it. will follow it. things is quality of some 90s Gr.C cars from rFactor are not as good as 80s
Tony Barracuda
Thank you, Daniel!
Rick Cronin
1990's Group C for sure
Hello Tony, I will send you a link to the rf 2005 vln mod later.
Diegonapoli
Rfactor wsc 1970 mod has tons of cars
Tony Barracuda
sure, this month i only continue with 80s Gr.C, then will mix . But i think for the next month all 80s Gr.C will be ready
Tony Barracuda
cool, already two for wsc 70s)
Diegonapoli
Wsc 1970s
Crash Sim Dummy
Finish the 80s grp c 100% then the 90s please
Tony Barracuda
i saw it somewhere, seems like already existing for AC, or is it smth wrong?
LMP 900 s would be nice
Maybe some sportcars from 70's. 2000 3000 cc cars from le mans or european champs
