Future FIAGT megapack and already released JGTC balancing

I have a question to all you and want advice, your oppinion. Sorry for a long text, but if you are interested it is not a problem. It's aside project that i'm higly interesting in.
But at first, the story behind. Everyone has his own "Golden Age" in everything. Talking about cars, i think all of us like it any forms from any eras. But my true love is GT/FIA GT/Gran Turismo. No matter talking about race cars or road "bio design" beauties. Racing GT from 90s to 2007th - i love it for it's different shapes, numerious variety of manufacturers, crazy ideas and it was a good time after all. It was hell of a rides. GTR2 Fia official game bring a sweet memories about beginning of sim racing path. (same thing was with WTCC/STCC, but fortunately we have already completed it ^_^)
Not a long time ago i have published Balance on Performace (later just BOP) on many of released cars and added some new for JGTC/Super GT era. Performance was matched according info i have found and personal feelings. But average lap time match with real ones had to deal with aero settings and tyres compunds. For JGTC it was less grippy tyres for beginning of 90's, more grippy tyres for 99-05's. And it seemed to be logically correct.
Now my side project is a dream project. Super complete mega pack of FIAGT cars (with adding some new, including BPR era, Lemans GT, VLNs etc.) which will be balanced and "raceble" against each other between it's classes. The place where anyone can download this pack, unzip and just go. As a prototype for performance (aero, tyres settings) i took RSS team GT/NGT mod (paid one). I think it's one of the best creatures for SIM racing. Dozens of cars BOPed to race as in GTR2 game, with custom career, and new cars that never existed in AC will come from our group as well.
Question is: how do you think, should we replace 90s JGTC tyre compound for standard that is used in FIAGT(similar to RSS) pack, so european GTs can perfectly race against Japanese GTs, OR should we leave tyres compunds defferent, based on what i wrote above?
On the one hand, lets dream, if we race today on both of these cars, probably we would use same class tyre compound. Also it's more fun beacuse of more car variety and race result will depend on car's specific performance. On the other hand replacing JGTC tyres with that one be used in FIAGT will move cars from ~~average real life lap times.
My own oppinion is to remake JGTC mod tyres with standard FIAGT one. It's a sim racing after all (have a look on Gran Turismo series, cars from all eras has similar compounds).
Deadline for FIAGT pack (60+ cars with balanced data and sligtly visually updated) is palnning for Mid of March. End of March including JGTC tyres compund replacing.

have a small look on car variety that exist, but most of them are totally unbalanced to have a good race. So we can make them alltogether for a perfect sim experience.

almost half of them are balanced now. Working hard to amke virtual dream come true. LM / FIA GT1/ GT2 (G2) / GT3 / N-GT from (end of 80s to ~2006). Modern GT3/GT2 and GT4 cars are not included. 90% are perfectly made alraeady by different modding team that bublich packs and Kunos of corse.

My golden age is 70/80, at that time even amateur teams existed and it created legendary cars. :)

Just a note. JGTC 94-97 cars with its tyres are much slower in the corners then Fia GT 2003 cars
