She seems to be eligible I guess, but as I said, the poll is supposed to be popular characters because there's a vote after all. Indie or very niche characters would most likely not get any votes.

I see that make perfect sense. Then i have another question. That might be trickier. Would a character from a pilot episode counts if i list that episode? What I mean say you have another Halloween YCH again with no OC. Would it be fair. That i choose Codie from Cliffside. And link the pilot episode here. Where everybody on the Halloween YCH can watch it,and possibly change their mind. Would that be okay? Cause for the Next YCH I don't want to piss you off. If you decide no OC. And I recommend Cordie from Cliffside. Who technically is an OC.

It's a case by case basis, if the character is recognized enough in an indie comic, game, animation, etc then it's not an OC. The rule of thumb would be thinking "would this character actually get any votes from other people?", if probably not then the franchise is not that recognized anyway.

I have a question to ask you? What do you considered an OC and not a OC? The reason why i ask. I seen a lot of characters that started as a Devient Art OC that ended up being characters in a indie comics and games. Would considered Syx to be an OC or not?
