mmmm, is there a more tingly sound than the muscle rumbles at 16:05? also curious, are those flashes of light on your hands a practical effect or some kind of post-processing? looks sorta like a bright, grazing light and a diffusion filter, makes the nail polish look hyper sparkly. neat
