A pretty dense debate about underage characters. Hagane being understandably disappointed in the age of the character in the video and two other users (forgor the names, sorry) mentioning that the other two characters being high schoolers is also pretty unethical and calling Hagane a hypocrite. Hagane remarks the difference between a high schooler and a child at the end, choosing not to watch the video. Hope this helps summarize lol

I assure you that I won't watch this one, and I expressed my disappointment because I'd rather see 18+ year old characters rather than look at an announcement with a drowning content of a child character that cannot even be coped far enough to state that they're 18, where people in the comments state how they look forward to this. A line must be drawn somewhere. Stay blind if that helps you sleep at night. Look forward to a child being drowned. Done with replying to this since obviously you'll just be endlessly arguing semantics to justify your own indulgence and lack of lines being drawn.

One at least appears and can be brought up to be 18+, and three of these animations have characters that are 18. This one has a character explicitly stated to be a child, and looking like a child, you cannot cope and be blind to that fact, calling both bad, because even then one is much worse. If they were all kids, then why is it that there have been requests specifically for a younger girl than the ones featured prior? Clearly there's enough difference to not tie everything into MY moral compass, and you're arguing over me being a hypocrite because you need to defend the fact that you know that I'm right, and unlike other characters, this one is much closer to (and again, stated to be) a child. So yes, pardon me if I argue semantics, but one's at least bordering enough on legal, while this one is clearly just plunges into dangerous territory. Even if you can cope and call me a hypocrite, a line must be drawn somewhere, it doesn't have to be excused for "don't want to = don't watch".

You're not seriously hitting me with a comparison of high-schooler to an actual child as if you're making an argument here. Cope if you like that one is just like another, you know what you are.

This one specifically states it's a child. If you're trying to justify this, you're just coping. Also, the whole "you could look like a teen while being an adult" doesn't work here. I have nothing against prior works because the characters in them look youthful, not explicitly child-like, so don't go at me with the whole "ackshually" angle, this one is different and you know damn well why.

Technically, they were all children, while you could be an adult that can look like a teen and vice versa you would have a difficult time convincing anyone they weren't.

I'll be real on this, it's kind of questionable to say the least. I sincerely hope that this is one and only animation of such kind. Please, don't feature children in your animations.
