If Millie is going down on Loona, hidden, what is Moxxie doing? Just sitting there, or trying to keep other people from looking over, or stepping away, or what? I wanted him to be part of the moment. I settled on Loona narrating what was happening to her, with Moxxie being an avid listener. Like listening to an erotic tale on audiobook.

"Tell don't show" works very well. Great idea to switch up how things are presented and let the imagination do the heavy lifting of whats going on.
