almost everything that you have described, I intend to someday do :)
My humble suggestions: 1) more various tentacles and plants (sucking), 2) more cumshots, 3) bare-foot-job and bare-foot-play, 4) possibility to strip girl from dressed to nude, 5) futa docking (urethra) - yes!, 6) suck breasts and nipples (by tentacles or plants), 7) add some bondage (chains, cuffs, shackles on wrists and ankels).

I like this idea. This will require adding a physical simulation for the balls, besides, I will need to create additional animations and game logic for them. Perhaps I can try to do this after replacing the basic model of the girl. Unfortunately, this will not happen soon, but I will keep in mind your idea.
