Hollee -The First Servant-

Now a little fragment of Hollee's story, (will do the same for Cheshire and Dolly in the next few days), storytime!

Hollee "The Pumpkin"
The witch was taking a walk in her palace, the night was silent, the walls cold and the corridors empty, she had done this many times over the years and when the night was at peace, she used her "Water Mirror" to take a look into other worlds, the date was always the same "Hallow's Night" that's when the veil was thin and her vision clear.
In some worlds this night was a time for celebration, while for others it was a night of strife, but as long as the fight was kept outside her realm everything was fine, the recent visit of "Terra's Saviours" had left her thinking and... missing her previous life, suddenly an old memory came to her mind, it was a warm one, a memory of the first woman she called a close friend, her image took shape when she closed her eyes, a cheerful young lady with ginger hair and the brightest smile. Soon her memory turned sad when she remembered how she ended her life.
"I'm still here because of you..." the words escaped her lips.
Sadness was an emotion the witch was familiar with, but not welcomed. She touched her "Water Mirror" once more before going to rest, she wanted to check on Terra's saviours well-being, soon she discovered they where celebrating Halloween, treats, horror movies and jack o' lanterns all around to be seen, they seemed happy together and the witch smiled, but she could not help to feel again the sadness that grasped her heart.
She then looked up, closed her eyes and invoked the memory of her old friend one more time, and finally... she made up her mind.
"Who would have thought I would ever feel again... alone"
Not only she felt alone but she knew the time to fight would come on the next Hallow's Night, all the signs where there and that meant... only one year left.
"Time you will need to train and I will be in need of your aid, we will fight side by side one more time, all I need is a vessel and my left eye"
The witch queen uttered an incantation and under her appeared a circle of teleportation, when the spell was complete she was sent to the depths of the dark forest that surrounded her palace, there she found the vessel she was looking for, a giant, round, plump and beautiful pumpkin.
She walked towards it and summoned her black grimoire. The dark-haired lady carved a runic circle under the orange beauty and began to chant, the ritual lasted the whole night and when it reached it's climax, the witch savagely and dexterously poked out her left eye, then she made it float from her hand towards the centre of the ritual, the eye emitted an eerie green light, an otherworldly radiance that flooded it's path with an emerald mist that painted the ground with the colour of the witch's might, as it reached the surface of the vessel the eye started to dig it's way into it until it fused wholly, around this fragment of Ella's body and soul a face formed, and the vessel by her design changed whole, the flame coloured flesh twisted and contorted, the round appearance was reshaped into a beautiful hourglass figure, the enormous fruit insides broke out violently from their prison in five places, they interwoven and spliced to form powerful humanoid limbs, the legs came first, small the feet and thick the thighs, the arms right after, strong but delicate in design, at the tip of the hands the nails glowed with the colours of brass and fire, finally, where the stem used to be a head manifested, smooth lips, soft brow and both orbits empty. soon the emerald eye emerged and slowly took it's place at the left side of the gorgeous arrangement, the plump pumpkin was completely transformed. Fair skin, bright, gingery hair and a joyful inner fire, the result was exactly what the witch had in mind, she was proud of what she had done but it also took it's proper toll, with her magic almost depleted her knees grew weak for a moment, she could not stay standing and collapsed to the ground, forced to rest she evaluated her work while she caught her breath.
The daybreak was here and the witch let out a deep sigh of relief, "The ritual was a success" she declared exhausted.
"You will carry her name" she said as she admired her creation, "Rise, Hollee, rise!, rise and serve!" the command was given, her voice echoed in the air and the witch's servant took her first breath, the eye sacrificed by her mistress opened and shone, Hollee The Pumpkin was born.

o.o I think you're right, having that much power means a lot was sacrificed... and also in real life, having power must be a very lonely path indeed...

Oh, more layers to Ella *.* so behind the secure and alluring demeanor there is a deep sadness and loneliness... and still she seems to keep away from everyone... until now... which makes me more curious about her story o.o. I'm so glad though that now she has Hollee to fight by her side, such a lovely pumpkin girl! that witch is so powerful indeed to do something like this.

ItΒ΄s sad her friend passed out as it appears to be a cruel fate but IΒ΄m glad that the precious Ella could find a little bit of happiness on her emptiness and gave life to one of the most emblematic members of the night team! Great story! Thanks a lot!
