The theme of the zine was "reality warped". My interpretation was some kind of world where AI took control and turned everyone into Littles.

I like to imagine that you'd need special tokens for the cookies and crackers, since they're the only solid foods (and are also unhealthy). Except the AI has yet to determine anyone to be big enough to be given those tokens, so the treats just sit there, tauntingly, reminding everyone of what they can't have any more.
