Definitely a fun fantasy, and of course it's drawn amazingly. Personally, my favorite is rear zip & locking footie pajamas, of course with attached mittens. Just enough mobility to use a bottle, feed yourself if you're willing to get your mitts and face dirty - but there's no way you're taking that suit off.
It looks dope! I love how the straps press against the diaper. The detail is amazing. I personally would love to see more of this type of content.
