I definitely like reverse cowgirl for the aspect of getting to watch your partner's ass jiggle, but that's mainly for the one laying down lol. And yeah while I personally really don't like rape based or violent content I still find that plenty of the work you do is consensual and happy as well. The more violent aspects of those other works also don't detract from the sexiness of the later scenes in them. (for me personally of course.)
