Eidolon P.O.V.
I watched the removal of the four idiots with half interest. I thought about putting them in my own jail, in suspended animation, but using their foolishness as a cautionary tale would bring greater benefit.
Now, if they eventually become agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. or whatever, I don’t care. They are not that strong or important for me to be that wary of them. I even checked their academic background, and even the smartest among them is behind the dumbest of the geniuses I know.
“What? Do you want my statement?” I ask Black Widow, who is unnecessarily close to me.
“Just doing the same as you… Watching from the sidelines.” She comments with a cheeky grin “Believe it or not, I don’t always approach you to spy. “
“I believe in you.” I say simply, it's just fun to banter.
“But people are really crazy, huh? Till when will someone do something crazy and unlock godly powers like yours? Someone that we don’t want with those powers…” She stretches herself while saying casually, unnecessarily trying to show me her body
“It will probably happen, but don’t worry…” I start confidently
“Because you are here?” She asks cheekily
“You learned something at least.” I chuckle
“I will sleep well knowing that the big and strong Eidolon is protecting me~” She bats her eyelashes at me.
“I don’t think you need protection, but okay… You can always shout.” I give a veiled compliment. Despite everything, she is a hardworker.
“Oho~ Thanks.” She giggles while passing a hand through my biceps.
I give her a look, and she stops with a playful “hands in the air” gesture. We remain silent for some time before she asks with a casual tone.
“Do you think I should try getting some powers? Everyone is getting one of these days…”
“Nothing is for free…” I warn her “But if you want, you can try to get bitten by a radioactive spider. You will be able to keep the brand.”
She laughs “Nah, with my luck, I will probably mutate into something straight out of a B-tier horror movie.”
“There is always a risk.” I nod
We talk a little more, but she needs to go when the four idiots are finally sacked. The scientist already gathered their data, and S.H.I.E.L.D is ready to transport them and the spaceship away.
She sighs loudly and starts walking to the other agents. “Now comes the fun part… paperwork. I didn’t even do anything, but I will need to write it.”
“Your contribution is greatly appreciated.” I give her some encouragement with a mocking tone. Natasha glares at me before rolling her eyes.
“The thing I envy you the most is not even the powers… It is because you don’t need to do paperwork”. She says while walking backwards to face me.
“I also don’t have a salary.” I point
“If I pay, can you do it for me?”
“No way.” I laugh
“Not even with my body.” She looks at me sultrily while pulling down the zipper of her bodysuit a little, showing her cleavage.
“No.”

Third Person P.O.V.
Busujima Saeko, as Murasaki, and Kwannon’s debut as a member of the SCP doesn’t have any big plans today. They simply asked Isabella to connect with one of the doors of the Nyoirin Crime group compound.
Double doors slide open, and they walk into a hallway.
“Hm? Who are you tw- Gak” A poor yakuza-looking guy that just happened to be walking on that particular spot didn’t have the quick wit to recognize Murasaki and understand that it was an attack.

That is why he was completely defenseless when he received two quick attacks from Saeko. Not that if he were fully on guard, it would do any good for him.
But at least maybe he would be able to protect his teeth from being broken.
The sadistic woman made a bokeh emerge from her inner wrist and stabbed the guy in his mouth and neck so fast that it almost looks like she attacked at the same time.
The boken opened a hole between his teeth and broke something on his throat.
He fell to the ground, foaming blood while clenching his neck.
Saeko watches him slowly fall to his knees, her purple eyes are crescent moons of enjoyment as she basks in the feeling of violence before she attacks again behind his neck.
He didn’t decapitate him, even though she would be able to do it even with a wooden sword, but the man fell unconscious, his fate uncertain. 50-50… He probably will not drown in his blood because he was face down, but maybe he will die if he doesn’t receive help.
She will let his luck decide.
“Let’s go.”
“...” Psylocke looks at Murasaki with different eyes now.
She is a trained assassin, so she obviously understood Saeko's attacks better than a normal person would.
Those attacks are primarily meant to shut the guy up, to not alert anyone… but secondarily were meant to inflict a lot of pain.
Her fellow purple samurai is dangerous.
While Psylocke was a little lost, Saeko retrieved a disk from a pouch in her waist and pressed it on the wall.
“Now they can’t ask for help…” Her eyes smile while the disk starts glowing. “There will also be others preventing anyone from leaving this place while allowing anyone to enter it, unaware that it is a slaughterhouse.”
“...”
Saeko doesn’t explain that a group of Failsafe robots will be on the lookout as reinforcements, after all, Psylock just needs to understand that no one is leaving this place till they are done.
“Eidolon also already provided us a map… We need to go underground.” Saerko raises her wrist, and a 3D holographic image of the coupons appears, revealing that the structures extend much farther down than up. “But first, let’s make this compound silent.”
Psylocke gets ready while Saeko walks unworriedly forward. Psylocke pulls her sword from her sheath, but Saeko just keeps her hands at her side. The reason for that was revealed when she opened a room.
Three men are sitting on the ground playing a card game. They look at the door with frowns, and when they notice who is standing in front of them, they quickly move to their pistols and weapons at their side.

They never had the chance to feel their weapons in their grips ebcause they hands are separated from their bodies with a simple move of Saeko.
Suddenly, she is already standing behind them, her hand is a clawing form, fingers shining sharp while the men clutch their newly created stumps on the ground.

Another move and she is back at the door, already walking out, and a second later Psssh a geyser of blood erupts from the men, painting the whole room while she calmly closes the door behind her just before some splat land on her back.
“The chances of a meta or something similar existing here are low.” Saeko speaks “Let’s separate ourselves. I go right, and you go left, we meet at the only elevator to take us down.”
“Fine.” Psylocke agrees easily.
At this rate, she will just be a bystander. The enemies are too weak, and Saeko is particularly strong… and every effective in killing, it will be better if they cover more ground.
Saeko nods and starts walking away, humming to herself “Just an easy job… Let’s not make it boring~” She sings
Psylocke gives a last look at Saeko’s back. Saeko is scary, but she feels that she is different from her previous killer colleagues. A little honest… refreshing maybe… At least she is relieved that she is on her side.
With a last shake of her head, the older purple-haired female samurai focuses on the mission at hand. Despite being something that she did many times before, now this is personal.
Eidolon provided this opportunity after hearing her story.
This is not a loyalty test from him; this is just him indulging her, a chance to sever her past.
She takes a deep breath and walks in the opposite direction. Her telepathy is not her best asset, but she can still feel people’s minds from a reasonable distance, which gives her an edge… Always knowing where her target is before they can get a chance to defend themselves.
She pauses in front of a thin bamboo wall, raises her arm, and strikes the wall at the same time; a blade construct appears at the end of her fist.
Krrrt “Ugh…”
A wet groan, and then the sound of a body falling after she makes her blade disappear. That is how she always made her perfect assassinations. A blade that she can disperse at any time, that she can change the shape… How can anyone investigate that?
She even has a special type of psychic blade that attacks the mind directly, leaving no traces in the flesh.
She was molded in this very successful assassin by her environment, but this power of hers was the perfect raw material to be worked with. She was cursed from birth in this path… that is what she believes.
She doesn’t waste time, moving to the next target, avoiding conflict, and killing them with one move… The more she kills, the more she gets back to her old form.
Her purple blade is moving faster than any enemy's hand moving toward their weapons. Her blade is also sharp enough to cut them fatally with one strike.
As Saeko predicted, no one showed any out-of-the-ordinary abilities; it was just the average yakuza. Sometimes she found them having fun with women, both willing and unwilling, enjoying drugs, or doing any other illegal activity.
But that doesn’t make her change her modus operandi that much, killing them with one strike… She can’t deny that an ugly feeling of anger is growing inside her, though her professionalism is keeping it in check.
After making some abused victims fall unconscious, she checks the 3D map and makes sure she cleaned her side of the building, so she makes her way to the elevator.
To her surprise, Psylocke found Saeko already waiting for her there. She did everything efficiently and as quickly as possible, but she was still the last one to arrive.
Checking her fellow purple samurai, she can’t find one drop of blood on her, but the smell of blood is strong in the air. Without a doubt, if she traces Saeko’s path, she will find a much dirtier path than hers.
“Let’s go.” Saeko moves from her position leaning on the wall and presses the button to open the elevator door. “We are already in their systems… Their cameras are showing loops of peaceful footage, and any communication is being faked by an Artificial Intelligence that emulates their deceased partners… We still have the element of surprise.” She explains as the two ride the elevator down.
“Very thoroughly…” Psylocke nods in admiration and understanding.
“That's how he is… We don’t want any rat escaping, rat?” Saeko's eyes smile “We should be nothing short of perfect tonight.”
Beyond that, the elevator ride is mostly silent. Psylocke thought about breaking the ice, maybe asking about the other woman, getting some information about the organization she just joined, but in the end, no words came out of her mouth.
‘The mission is more important…’ She tells herself… But it's probably because deep down she is very antisocial and awkward.
“People are guarding the elevator…” Saeko suddenly says while she looks down
Psylocke also felt it, but only after the other pointed out, making her think she also has a similar power that can be used for detection like hers.
“Ready?” Saeko asks as the elevator slows down
“Yes.”
The two put on a stance; they can feel multiple people in the hallway beyond the elevator. When they finally stop, they don’t even wait for the doors to open before stabbing them with their respective weapons.
Psylocke creates a blade with her psychic powers, and Saeko makes a real blade emerge from her wrist. The two are hitting their targets beyond the door perfectly.
Saeko’s blade is a dark purple, curved katana with demonic eyes on it. After killing the yakuza, she doesn’t waste time slicing the elevator doors open. The corridor filled with criminals was revealed to them, and the two dashed forward before they could react.
A bloodbath happens in that small space. The pristine walls are smeared with blood while a cacophony of pained grunts and shouts of despair echoes.
In the end, only the two women remain standing on the pile of corpses.
No word is said between them this time, and they just continue their business, a repetition of what happened on the surface.
The structure underground was complex, but with the map in hand, the two navigated through it easily enough. They found both armed criminals and workers, transporting weapons and other illegal substances.
Even if down there, some are armed with better weapons like machine guns, electric batons, and vibro-blades, they don’t stand a chance against the two.
The duo advances by cutting all enemies in front of them; their stealthy method lasted longer than expected, but it was impossible to work forever. Eventually, they stumble on an open area, filled with members of thai clan working or keeping guard.
Like a hangar, it is filled with ledges and doors that open to other areas, so it was impossible to keep the enemies from running or warning the others by shouting.
Not that they mind at this point. All escape routes are blocked; now they are just sheep locked with two tigresses. It doesn’t matter if they tried to resist or run, they all met their blades and the ground in the end.
One man in particular attracts their attention, Nyoirin Henecha, the leader of this crime empire.
“That is him…” Psylocke looks at him with cold eyes
“Let’s go get him then.”
When they move, the big Japanese man turns on his heels and runs while pushing his men forward to buy time. Unfortunately, they barely slowed the two female samurai by two seconds.
They follow Nyoirin to another big room, looking like a science facility. It is dark, and it made them stop to scan the place. Thanks to their powers, they could find him easily enough, but he is not alone.
He is opening a coffin-like structure.
“Hahaha, Kwannon, I have a surprise for you, my dear!” Nyoirin says with a crazy smile “I paid a hefty price for this thing, but it will be worth it, I’m sure.”
The two stop to see what he is doing.
If it were Eidolon, he would have already checked what - or who - is inside the coffin and killed Nyoirin, but Saeko is curious.
When she kills this guy, the night will be over, so she wants to enjoy a little more.
Sounds of pressurized air start leaving the coffin, and the structure starts opening as tubes are removed from it. It also moves till is full straight before it opens.
The two female samurai show a surprised expression, but with different gravities.
Saeko raises her eyebrows at the grotesque man revealed inside.
It looks like a victim of a very bad fire incident, a disfigured zombie, skinny, and lacking its right arm. He is naked from his torso up and exposing his scars. His face is half destroyed, just one eye looks complete, and with no lips, his teeth are exposed.
Psylocke's eyes widen with shock, despair, sadness, and fury…
The man revealed was none other than her former lover, Matsu’o Tsurayaba.
The man she needed to kill because of the machinations of Nyoirin and the Hand. Nyoirin always desired her, and when he discovered that the two had a clandestine relationship while assassins of the Hand, he made sure that Matsu’o found his demise in a horrific way.
He plotted for the two to kill each other as an misuderstanding, and then while Matsu’o was mind-controlled. It took some investigation for her to discover that the Hand had sold the two, and that was the last nail in the coffin that ended any loyalty she had with the Hand, even the one created by brainwashing.
“You…” Psylocke greets her teeth as she stares at her past once again in front of her.
“HAHAHAHAHAHA! Now that is a pretty face! That is exactly what I wanted to see!!!!” Nyoirin laughs heartily
Saeko understands the situation fast because she has information on Psylocke’s background.
“He can probably restore him.” She informs him, talking about Eidolon.
Psylocke pauses for a moment, her eyes trembling, but she shakes her head.
“That… That is not him anymore…” She is sure of it.
That is just a living weapon, an animated corpse… She can’t feel Matsu’o on that body with her powers… and she also killed him in the past with her psychic blade, to free him of their control.
It was a definitive death, destruction of the connection between body and mind… He is not coming back this way.
The Hand has a big background with demons and probably tried to resurrect him with mind and all. The reason they failed was that exactly because Psylocke killed him the way she did.
She did it exactly because Matsu’o didn’t want to come back. They know of what the Hand is capable of; that demonic seal that corrupted him was just the tip of the iceberg.
After that failure, the hand thought about using Matsu’o’s body as a vessel for some demon, but with all the damage and the offer of Nyoirin, they abandoned the idea and cut their losses. Discarding their tool one last time, one last time making use of him and profiting.
“...” Psylocke slowly raises her hand with finality, a purple blade appearing between her fingers, her eyes also shine purple, and motes of light float around her body, some joining to form little butterflies.
“Aaa… aann…” The zombie Matsu’o reacts to her, but his eyes show only aggression, ready to kill this threat.
“Can you do this?” Saeko asks
“I will do it.” Psylocke says with determination, her voice strong.
“...” Saeko stares at her focused side profile “...if you hesitate, just stop.”
After that, she starts moving at the retreating Nyoirin, and the man is trying to run since the reveal. She follows him with a languid pace, shaking her head while calling him a coward.
He can’t escape, so he will simply discover that he is trapped and show despair, or he will try one last card… and then she will destroy it so that he can feel despair.
Either way, the ending will be the same; she will just let it build up. She bets hope is growing up inside him, and she wants this feeling to last before she cuts it.
She follows him through rows of shelves, finally stopping in front of another coffin-like structure. But this one is much bigger than the previous one and is connected to the wall.
The structure starts open, and Nyoirin turns his back to it.
Saek watches with a tilt of her head as he walks back inside a samurai power armor.
‘A prototype to that one… it looks cheap…’ She thinks
Nyoiring looks proud of himself while walking forward on the power armor around him.
“Your child’s play ends here-” He starts saying…

…but was cut off by a slash of Saeko’s blade. It was shallow, just to make a wound on his torso. But it made him bleed…
Even with this power armor defending him, she still can cut him… that is the message she wants to convey.
His face immediately pales, exactly like how she wanted.
Saeko's eyes narrow into crescents. “I’m gonna remove parts of your body now. Don’t worry, I will do ina way that you will still have a fighting chance…”
She raises her sword. “Please, put some futile struggle… I’m bored.”
She already understands that this mission will not be enough for her. Later, Saeko will need to go to Hector for some satisfaction.

Psylocke’s fight is equally predictable.
Matsu’o once lost to her even in his prime, so it is obvious what is gonna happen. If Nyoiring had hope that she would be hesitant to strike him down, he underestimated her greatly.
To her, this is similar to protecting his image. She will not hesitate even if her hands feel a little heavy. They are heavy with the burden of her past, something that she has been holding for too long… and it is time to let go.
The fight is like a last dance. Matsu’o’s body still remembers how to fight, but is so robotic and predictable that she can cause him to react the way she wants.
They move like a mirror, taking turns in attacking and dodging.
Finally, he overextends, the same bad habit of unnecessarily spinning he always had.
Psylocke enters his space after he misses the swing of his prosthetic blade. When his back is turned to her, she grabs his head with one hand and, with the other, stabs his brain with her psychic blade in a reverse grip.
Buchi
It is not as clean as the last time; a physical hole opened in his cranium, and he finally goes still.
“...” Psylocke also remains still while watching his motionless body fall from his hands. Initially, she wanted to hold him, but she didn’t… Maybe she finally started cutting ties with her past.
“Are you done?” She hears Saeko’s voice approaching.
She is dragging a limbless Nyoirin by some threads that come from her gauntlet. The man is barely alive.
“Yes.” Psylocke nods “I see that you are also done
“He was pathetic… I was not even able to test his gift…” Saeko sighs while flexing her fingers.
Psylocke doesn’t know that the gift is the gauntlet, but doesn’t press the matter, still a little out of it.
“Do you want to bury him?” Saeko asks with sympathetic eyes after getting closer.
“...no.” Psylocke shakes her head “I already buried him once. But I don’t want to leave his body here, though.”
“So grave robbing, huh? They must have a way to track him…” Saeko concludes
Psylocke nods gravely.
“Maybe some cremation then…” She raises her gauntlet, the inner part of her forearm moves Kachik, and the kanji of Fire appear.
After a small prayer over the burning body, the two leave this place to the cleaners. Psylocke didn’t look back.

Emma Frost
Emma is spending some quality time with her daughters, which means that she is teaching them how to use her powers. As much as she would like to simply have some fun spoiling them rotten with trips and gifts, she understands that this training takes precedence over anything else.
Eidolon also convinced her to hold off taking them outside till they have better control over their powers and themselves, understanding that the things they can easily do to other people are not things that they should easily do to other people.
She will still teach them to do all those amoral things though… This is non-negotiable. Emma didn’t reach that far in life by binding herself with morals and ethics. And she will not let her daughters be defenseless in the face of the many challenges of life.
Emma already put on her mind that she would teach them how to use their powers fully, not caring about anything or anyone else. Eidolon, the other parent, can be the anti-fun one and drill in their minds his goodness or whatever.
“The first thing you should do is always patiently read the mind of your target… Observe from as far as you can and as long as you can.” She explains “Statistically, you will not find someone who is a telepath or can resist our powers that easily, but it costs only a few seconds of caution to prevent big trouble.”
Her five daughters watch her silently, with their eerily unblinking eyes that Emma is already used to, and even finds cute now.
“Even the mind of the most average person can unconsciously notice that something is wrong and raise their defenses, like a muscle tensing to brace itself for some impact.”
After giving them time to digest what she said, Emma continued “I can’t bring you examples to practice, but I can show you all some of my experiences in the past… Get ready.”
That is another very effective method of teaching that Emma discovered that she likes to use. She can simply bring her daughters on a memory trip so that they can learn firsthand through her eyes.
She did that in a lot of situations, showing parts of the world, good and bad things, and in some situations, pointing out what they can do if they find themselves in similar circumstances.
Now she is showing them some encounters in her early days, setbacks she had in invading the minds of some people, and failing embarrassingly. Too eager to get some results, too scared of getting caught…
She omits a particular experience in her college days… That bitch should exist only in her mind. She also avoids showing how pathetic she was to her daughters.
“Its a perfect crime… no outwardly indication… So you don’t need to hurry like a kid stealing a cookie from a jar.” She says to them in her memory. Her eyes go from the vision of her victim blinking with a sudden headache, and herself retreating a little nervously to her daughters. “I don’t think I need to teach you all to keep a poker face. You five are already good at that. Just remember to act naturally. Eye contact is useful while delving into someone’s mind, but one day you will not need to do it. It is possible to feel their minds around you with your eyes closed.”
She shares her experiences and insights… Valuable lessons that she learned alone, with a lot of trial and error. Something that she didn’t wish her daughters to go through…
And this thought surprises her more than she expected.
Her? Emma Frost? Willing to share her hard-earned knowledge with someone? That is not how the world works. That is not how she operates.
In this world, she bet that the vast majority of metas had to learn by themselves, and people would jealously keep their secrets tightly close to their chests.
But now here she is, doing her best for her daughters. Unexpected additions to her life that changed her egotistical and narcissistic way of life. At least a little…
Well, if she thinks a little more deeply, caring for no one else but clones of herself is still very narcissistic, but she doesn’t care. All children are part of their parents; hers is just more than the others.
She already noticed that individually her daughters don’t have abilities as strong as hers… That is why the experiment was deemed a failure.
Eidolon told her that it had ended prematurely, and the girls had room to grow. After all, she herself didn’t have any powers at their ages. He promised to make sure that there will be no issues with their natural development because they are clones, and if needed, he will make sure to increase their potential.
On her part, she will make sure to raise their expertise till the day they gain more raw power.
It is a good deal between the co-parents.
Co-parents… that is also a fun thought. She is co-parenting with Eidolon.
And if Emma can be honest here in her mind, she wants more than co-parenting with him. Why shouldn’t she?
She is Emma Frost, she is one of the most beautiful women in the world, the most successful, rich, witty, tasteful, and powerful too… Blessed by life in many ways, and with the will and brains to conquer even more, and doesn’t waste those gifts.
And all those statements don’t even come from her arrogance; they are facts.
She is at the top of the world, with an almost perfect life… The only thing missing is what she never expected to need… a family.
Unexpectedly, Life was not done with the blessings thrown at her, and she was gifted with five perfect daughters, exactly like her. And now it is only missing a single piece to her perfect life… a husband.
And who better than the perfect man? Then her perfect family will be complete.
It had to be him. It needs to be him. Life even made sure to give her the perfect opportunity with her daughters. She is the only one in the world who has him tied like that. Bless the day they called him “Papa”.
Like with many other things, she will not waste this gift. This opportunity is too perfect to pass up.
Eidolon will be more than the father figure of her daughters; he will be the father of her family!
Now she needs to stop thinking about it because she remembers that completing this task will not be easy. She is Frost, but the guy is the one who looks like he is made of ice. She can turn into a diamond, but his heart is a rock.
“Now, girls, with this many examples, you all should understand why a lion uses all his strength to hunt a rabbit. You don’t want to be a victim of your own hubris; you will only have yourself to blame.” Emma gives them a lesson, warning them not commit her youthful mistakes.
After they came back from the trip on her memories, she continues, “You all also need to be aware that you are part of a very small group of people in the world, on top of the pyramid, so the ones that you will enter in contact with are not the average Joes that I met in my youth. It will be the elites, like your father and me. Don’t do something reckless because most of them at least have minds strong enough to notice that something is wrong.”
“Do you understand?” She asks with a serious tone

“Well, said that… You can throw caution to the wind during a direct confrontation, and if you are in danger.”
They all nod in unison.
“Smart girls.” She compliments, satisfied.
Then she spends a little more time talking and showing her experiences, after all, using telepathy is not something that can be learned by reading a book.
Eventually, someone knocks on the door of the study room.
“Ms. Frost… It is time for the girls get ready for bed.” She recognizes the distinct voice of the Caretaker, her voice, probably modified because it is very inhuman, is unnaturally raspy, and Eidolon confessed that she, indeed, can look normal.
“Come in.” She says, and the door opens to not only reveal the dark mist maid, but also the bodyguard provided by Eidolon.
This Thorn Princess, who doesn’t make any effort in hiding her identity as Yor, didn’t show any incredible capabilities, like the Caretaker, beyond her happy and innocent personality. She can admit that the girls need someone like that, though.
But Eidolon vouched for her as a bodyguard, so she will trust that she is more than a pretty face he keeps around. Emma also knows that he is not like that; she would expect that for any other man in the world, but not Eidolon.
The girls also love Yor.
Emma says her goodbyes to the girls as Yor gently guides them away.
Caretaker stays behind, and Emma uses the opportunity to ask
“Is that woman really fit for the job?”
“If Eidolon trusted the task to take care of his adopted daughters to her…” She says with a tone like it's obvious “And don’t worry. She is just the first line of defense.”
“Hmm~” She pauses and decides to keep the talking going “You seem to know him on a personal level.”
“...” Caretaker turns to her slowly, the slits of her eyes narrowing slightly. “Yes…” She answers without giving too much information.
“So you would know information like… his habits, what he likes or dislikes, what he thinks about this… strange family situation.” She hates that she is acting similar to a teenager asking for information about his crush, but what else can she do? The man is a mystery!
“...” That faceless, misty head shows nothing, but Emma thinks she is being judged or maybe mocked silently. “You can simply ask him directly. He would answer.”

“He would never do that.” Caretaker immediately defends him “He has a great sense of responsibility, and if he says that he will do something, he will do it. More chances they will reject him as they grow up…”

In my house, I’m going through some documents on a holographic screen in the living room when Isabella approaches me.
“Emma Frost asked me about ways to get closer to you.” Isabella says to me with a flat face. First thing she did was reveal Emma’s plans to me “She will use the daughters.”
I chuckle, hearing that“She could just have asked me to dinner or something.”
“That is what I told her…” Isabella says plainly
“I guess old habits die hard, and Emma can’t help but be a little duplicitous. Even when it is harmless…” I laugh again. “She needs to act like she is tricking and seducing me, and henceforth feel in control of the situation.”
“...she has issues.”
“Huhu, we all have… Maybe I should send Harley to her.” I consider it, but I feel it would be a bad idea somehow.
“What are you gonna do about her?” Isabella asks while giving me a look.
“Nothing much…” I shrug “Like I said, no harm done… Oh no, she is trying to trick me into a relationship! Trying to make me her husband and official father of her five adorable daughters that I already consider mine!” I exclaim sarcastically “My steak is also too juicy and my lobster too buttery, by the way.” Seriously, guys in my other world would get me in a headlock if I complained. Oh no, what horrible fate would be being smothered by her breasts or squeezed by her thighs.
“...” Isabella continues to look at me with a indescritible look, which almost makes me suspect she can read my mind.
“Said that…” I cough in my hand to get serious. “It is not a good idea for a relationship start like that… I’m really not that against things developing in this direction, but there are a lot of steps that need to be taken to make this not explode in our face. There is a reason I rejected Rogue, after all.” I sigh “She will find that it is not easy to get to me without some honesty, but we can develop our friendship/partnership in the meantime.”
“I trust that you know what you are doing.” Isabella says simply
“I try…” Then I changed the subject “And how is it to take care of the girls? Are you enjoying?”
Thst is is a thin line I’m threading, after all, Isabella has a “not so good” story about taking care of children.
“It is fine…” She answers with a calm face “The girls are obedient and smart, their personalities are starting to branch out, but they don’t get into a lot of mischief or trouble. Their curiosity is also not a problem.”
“I see…” I nod. “And what about you? Do you like working with them?” I probe

I patiently wait for her to speak.
“It is fine too…” She finally says while looking at me “You don’t need to worry about me either, Master. This time is very different from my past… I don’t need to be as demanding or… You know the rest.” She pauses “It is very relaxing and soothing to just nurture them to be… them.” Her eyes are a little glassy.
So I stand up and approach her while she is distracted. Taking her hand in mine and put my other hand on her cheek to look at me, and I speak with the warmest smile I can muster.
“I’m glad… I trusted you with this work because I know that you are a kind, nurturing, and caring woman, Isabella.”
“...” Her eyes tremble.
“It is a great tragedy that those great qualities are tied to your horrible past… That is not your fault.” I assure her “I just don’t want you to bury this good side of you together with your bad past, okay?”

“Okay?” I nudge gently while she looks lost
“...okay.” She whispers.
“Great.” I smile widely.
Then I give her a peck on the cheek and start walk awy to my business, but still pointing at her while going “You are also a pretty awesome and badass, the girls can learn a lot from you. Bye~”
I leave her to her thoughts, like me, Isabella is the type who likes to do some introspection alone. Later, I will check on her. I care about my employees' mental health.
One of the things I like in life is helping people reach their full potential, especially when dealing with their mental blocks. If Isabella has troubles of the past holding her back now, of course, I will help her with that.

I’m gonna visit my grandparents.
I mean, I visit them secretly at least once a week, and every day I check on them with my super-senses and technology. But today I am going as ‘Hector’.
It has been some time already, and they deserve to see me.
“Can I go?” Shego surprises me by asking while I was walking up the stairs.
“Ehhh…” I hesitate. This can complicate things. “The quick answer is yes, but…”
“Yeah, I know… But I want to meet your grandparents, Hector.” She almost pouts
Ugh, this is difficult… With a little effort, I can do this much. Some forgery, well-placed teleportation, alteration of recordings… My grandpa’s farm is isolated enough that hardly anyone would notice. With my interference, it would be impossible for this to be a clue to my identity.
“It is… doable…” I say after some time “If you really want it…”
“I do! C’mon, I want to meet them! Maybe hear some embarrassing stories of your childhood~” She reveals a sly smile.

“Hector is gonna introduce me to his grandparents.” Shego exclaims before I can say anything
“Oh… that is… a big step…” Helena comments, eyes wide “And I’m surprised that you would take the risk… of introducing someone as Shego to your family.” She finishes with a joking tone
“Hey, bitch, get off my hair.”
Helena laughs “Can I go too? I don’t want to miss that…”
“?”
Shego and I pause.
“Do you want to go?” Shego narrows her eyes
“Yes, is there a problem adding one more? I’m bored…”
“Okay.” Shego agrees before I can say anything again “I mean, it would be nice to have someone else to talk to if things got awkward…”
“...” Now is my turn to narrow my eyes at them. Something smells fishy… Why do I feel like I am being set up?
“Is it okay, babe? Can we come?” Shego turns to me with a bright smile
“...yeah…” I reply slowly, racking my brain in thinking of bad possibilities, but I can’t find anything. Maybe Shego is trying to set me up with Helena in some way.
The highest probability is that Shego wants to get ahead of the “competition” in my “harem” and get to know my family. Being the first and all that. She surprisingly puts a lot of importance on those silly things.
“Great!” She exclaims and kisses my lips “We are gonna make our bags.”
“Hurry up, another body of mine will land in half an hour in Brazil, but we still have time because I will still go to the farm alone. I told my grandpa not get me this time.” I say, and the two move away

After some preparations, I was able to “smuggle” Shego and Helena with me.
It was just teleporting together with them when I exchanged places with my other body. The taxi that is carrying us is fake; the driver is a robot. No one will see us till we are at the farm, and there will be no records of Shego and Helena travelling here.
My grandparents will not care about those details, so it is all good.
“So, when do you arrive?” Shego asks at my side in the backseat, Helena is sitting in the front after warning us not fuck. This is not FakeTaxi, girl. I mean… it kinda is… but not in that way… unless we make it that way… “I feel like it has been forever since we were in the car.” Shego continues
“The luxury of flight and teleport spoiled you, dear.” I tease “And we already arrived.”
“What? Did we?” She looks outside the window. “No, we not.”
“Not in the house… but we are already on the property.” I explain
“What the fuck! Since when?”
“Since that big portal.”
“That was like miles away!” Helena exclaims
“Yes…” I nod calmly
“So all of this…” Shego points around the plains
“Yes.”
“And the mountains?”
“They are mounts, but yes. It is a tourism spot and a protected area because of some birds and other plants, by the way.”
They look shocked.
“I understand your confusion… Unknowingly underestimating farmers, huh? My grandparents have a lot of land… like a lot. Like… if liquidated… I don’t even know. But it would not be clear which side of my family would be richer.” I shrug “Not that my grandpa cares about profits at this point in his life.”
“Wow, that much?” Shego asks while looking around
“Land is one of the most valuable things in the world. Earth has a limited space, after all. And land tends to get more valuable as time passes and the population grows. Ask Blackrock why they own so many houses…” I say “But… hmm… if we colonize other planets, maybe land here on Earth would lose value because people would migrate… but then eventually it would get valuable again when it becomes our ‘Home Planet’, like a holy land… I will make sure to get a lot of land during this period.” I make a mental note to prepare for the shift in the market.
It doesn’t take long for us to arrive in front of the modest big house where my grandparents live. They are waiting for me because I warned them that we are coming, and it is very easy to spot us on this empty road.
I left the taxi, and the robot driver went to get the bags while I walked to my grandparents.
Man… They got smaller… I mean, I got taller, but it feels the same. I have been helping with their health secretly, but I can’t help but feel their mortality while I pull them into a hug.
“I missed you two.” I say. At some point, I need to stop keeping them the same age, but I’m not ready to do that yet.
“Oh my baby… You have grown so much!” Grandma passes her hands through my face
“And strong too.” Grandpa gave me some pats on my shoulder.
We talked about nothing for some time, but then I noticed my grandma's eyes looking over my shoulder.
“Eto, and who are those ladies?” Grandma looks at them, and then at me, and then at them again… She unabashedly looks at Shego and Helena up and down. I warned that I was bringing friends, but did not specify anything about them.
Well, time to go into script… We are going with the story that Shego is a very close friend, leaving it implicit that she is my lover, and Helena is her friend and consequently mine too.
Before I can say anything, Shego steps forward with a big smile and extends her hand.
“Hii, Grandma.” She only recently discovered she can speak Portuguese because all my summons gain the ability to speak my native language, and because of my double nationality, it is both English and Portuguese. “A pleasure to meet you! I am Shego, Hector’s girlfriend.”
“!!” I give Shego a look… So that is how you want to play, huh? You really want that prime spot as my “official”. I knew it… I’m gonna talk with her about the betrayal later.
My grandparents show surprise, especially my grandma, who looks at Shego up and down again, probably calculating the age gap.
“Hi, dear…” My grandma is too nice to say anything now, so she just shakes Shego’s hand.
When my grandma's eyes move to Helena, she also steps forward to greet her. At least, I brought someone sane with me.
“Oh, hi~” Helena smiles widely.
In a split of a second, her eyes move to me… Time slows down, and I saw her grin turn to a smirk “hehe~”. I can almost see the moment the idea appeared in her mind…
“...?”
“I am Helena… Hector’s girlfriend, too.”
“!!!!!” $#@%&*@& That was the biggest damage I took in my mental fortitude since I came to this world.

My grandma gasps loudly this time, not even she can keep a neutral face.
My grandpa's eyebrows shoot above his receding hairline, and he looks between the ladies and me… before giving me a thumbs up.
My grandma must have some sixth sense because she turned around fast, but grandpa is faster, retracting his hand and showing a frown on his face.
“...” She stares at him for some seconds before slowly turning to me again
“Hector……..” She starts slowly.
“...” She is saying my name without shortening it…
I close my eyes peacefully, feeling the sun and the wind hit my skin. Wow, the weather is nice today. I can’t help but smile slightly while feeling how the world is a good place… I could be in any place in the world right now…
“Ahem You told me to get a girlfriend… it just that I am too good at that…” At least I am gonna earn what I will be accused of.
Smack The greatest indefensible attack that I ever faced, hits me directly on the forehead.
