Summary: As the Devils invite people to join their alliance other supernatural communities heard that Issei, one of the most influential figures of the Devil Faction, is a huge pervert who loves big boobs. They decide to send beautiful women to seduce Issei to take advantage of him. Their plan backfires pretty hard, starting with the Soul Society, who send Rangiku and Yoruichi.

“This is such a pain… but alas, orders are orders.”
Rangiku Matsumoto blinks at that, looking over at the Goddess of Flash. While Yoruichi Shihoin wasn’t her direct superior usually, in this instance, she was. The dark-skinned, purple-haired beauty was also a complete powerhouse of a Shinigami, and Rangiku certainly admired her for her strength and her conviction. Though she had to agree with the other woman… this WAS a pain.
But unfortunately, the Soul Society needed what allies it could get. And having the Underworld opening up its borders for the first time in so long, having the Devils seeking Alliances… it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. Rangiku mentions as much to her current superior.
“Securing this alliance with the Devils is important to the Soul Society… we might be able to convince them to finally stop converting the strongest humans they can find into more devils.”
Yoruichi makes a ‘tch’ sound at that, her way of acknowledging Rangiku’s words as true. The quality of Shinigami in general had been going down for centuries, and at first, no one had really understood why. Oh sure, there were still prodigies here and there, but there was no denying that the overall strength of the Soul Society had been diminished. It had taken them hundreds of years to figure out what was happening. Namely, the strongest souls were being pulled from the reincarnation cycle altogether by the Devils and their Evil Pieces system.
As a byproduct of them reincarnating strong humans into devils, the Underworld was essentially stealing what would have eventually been talent for the Soul Society when those humans died at the end of their normal human lifespans and arrived in the afterlife. Given that it was fifty-fifty whether a human spirit would be found in time by a Shinigami to be sent on, or whether they’d end up breaking their soul chain and becoming Hollows… well, any removal of talent from the pool was bad for them.
Which was why Rangiku and Yoruichi were here now, in this place. A nightclub, effectively… but an Underworld Nightclub at that. The Underworld was opening its borders to visiting dignitaries and offering alliances with other supernatural societies for the first time in far too long. Obviously, the Soul Society couldn’t allow such an opportunity to pass them by.
Still, it was a little embarrassing to be used solely for her assets. Rangiku was well aware that she was a drop-dead gorgeous bombshell of a woman, with massive tits and wide hips and a glorious mane of golden hair. Yoruichi was quite similar. Despite being the Goddess of Flash, the dark-skinned woman had breasts that were almost as large as Rangiku’s, and a kickass body that any woman would die for, and any man would kill to be able to touch and play with.
Of course, for all their beauty, they were also extremely accomplished Shinigami, with immense power at their fingertips. But that didn’t matter right now… no, all that mattered, apparently was their tits. When the Soul Society was told what devil they were meeting with, Section Two had of course immediately set about finding out everything they could about this… Issei Hyoudou.
What they’d found was that he was apparently a massive pervert with a love for big tits. Needless to say, this did not paint a great picture of the Underworld overall, but the Soul Society had to work with what they had. Yoruichi had recruited Rangiku for this mission as well as assigned herself to it, and both women knew what they were likely getting into… but that didn’t mean they had to be happy about it.
“Let’s just… get this over with.”
Ranigku nods, even as she adjusts her dress. She’s wearing a sexy, beautiful red garment that flows down across her body and does barely anything to contain her truly impressive tits. Meanwhile, Yoruichi has on an equally gorgeous white dress with a very low-cut center, exposing all the way down to her belly button and barely containing HER tits as well.
Both buxom bombshells step forward in unison towards the doors that will lead them to the VIP Lounge where this Issei is said to be waiting for them. No guards stand in their way, and Rangiku shares a glance with Yoruichi right before they step inside. The two gorgeous femme fatales are thinking the same thing… it would be all too easy to do whatever they wanted to this perverted Devil.
Of course, then they step into the room and are nearly brought crashing to their knees by the presence within. The aura that settles onto their shoulders and begins to grind down on their Will is majestic in it’s nature, and altogether more powerful than Rangiku has ever felt in her life. Yoruichi, who has experienced the Captain-Commander’s spiritual pressure when he gets serious, is only marginally better off.
And yet, rather than some beast or monster waiting for them inside of the VIP room, it’s… seemingly just a boy? Issei Hyoudou looks up at them both, his eyes widening and his lips curling into a knowing grin.
“Oh wow… you’re really something else.”

The last few years had been good to Issei. He was stronger than he’d ever been before, and while he still had a reputation for being a huge pervert, he had actually mellowed out somewhat with age. Part of that came from one simple fact though… he’d earned the mantle of the Red Dragon Emperor. Even now, it hung invisibly upon his shoulders, granting him the vastness of Ddraig’s power in it’s entirety… and also making him all but irresistible to any woman he came into contact with.
It seemed that these ‘Shinigami’ from the Soul Society weren’t any different, really. The dark-skinned one is able to walk forward on shaky legs at least, but the blonde with some of the bigger tits Issei has seen in his life seems frozen, staring at him with wide eyes that are filled with a mixture of fear and desire. Making her way over towards him, the dark-skinned one tries to play at being seductive and in control as she leans forward a little bit and licks her lips.
“You’re not too bad yourself, kid.”
Issei chuckles at that, the only response he gives her. Instead, he focuses his gaze on the big-breasted blonde and gives her a cocky smile that he knows for a fact makes all the girls weak in the knees.
“Hey, you by the door. Don’t just stand there. If you need something to do, come over and suck my cock while me and your friend talk, alright?”
With that, she crashes to her knees and falls forward onto her hands, crawling over to him. Her breasts pop free of the ill-fitted red dress she’s wearing as a result, though it still continues to cover up her sizable, heart-shaped ass as her derriere sways back and forth the entire way. The dark-skinned Shinigami watches this with an unreadable expression on her face, though when her companion actually takes his dick out and begins to do her level best to deep-throat his cock, she scowls slightly.
“Rangiku…”
Issei can tell just from her voice that she’s as jealous of her companion, this ‘Rangiku’, as she is disgusted with her. The way the dark-skinned one rubs her thighs together makes it clear to Issei that she wishes she could be in Rangiku’s place, instead of standing off to the side. Taking pity on her, the Red Dragon Emperor pats the seat next to him on the couch.
“You can sit here.”
Still trying her best to be seductive, she does exactly that, sprawling and even pressing herself against him seductively. Perhaps it would have had more effect if it wasn’t for the mantle, if it wasn’t for everything Issei had experienced over the last few years. But he wasn’t that weak little boy anymore, no matter how she apparently saw him. He was a man, or a devil, whatever… and he was a full-blown father, multiple times over.
Thinking about his harem in their many stages of pregnancy, and the toddlers that he’d beget from most of them the first go around, Issei smiles softly, even as he runs a hand down the dark-skinned one’s back and gropes her ass through her white dress, causing her to gasp, both scandalized and horny as all hell. Issei just chuckles at her, even as Rangiku continues to suck his cock like a good little big-tittied bitch.
“So, her name is Rangiku… what’s yours?”
Swallowing thickly, the purple-haired one licks her lips in what might have been meant as an enticing way… but really just comes across as making her look all the more needy.
“Yoruichi… my name is Yoruichi Shihoin.”
She says that last bit like it’s supposed to mean something to him. Issei hums and nods, even as he reaches out and casually tugs away one of the sides of her straining white dress. A dark tit bounces free of its confines, and Issei wastes no time in groping and squeezing it to his heart’s content.
“Nice ta meetcha, Yoruichi Shihoin. Well… you guys were the ones that called for this meeting, right? What does the Soul Society want with the Underworld?”
In truth, it didn’t really matter. Issei knew why he was here, just like it seemed the Soul Society THOUGHT they knew what they were doing when they sent two gorgeous big-breasted women to try and seduce him or something. Yoruichi opens her mouth to speak, only for Issei to cut her off by moving his hand from her ass, all the way up to her purply ponytail. Taking firm grip on it, he gives her a grin.
“You know what, I think I’d rather hear it from Rangiku. How about you guys trade off.”
Pulling Rangiku away from his cock leaves the blonde whining in disappointment, while pushing Yoruichi down onto his cock has Issei groaning in pleasure, the yellow-eyed Shinigami quickly taking to sucking his dick rather than negotiating like a fish to water. It was clear to all of them what exactly she’d been wanting to do since she entered the room, and now he had given her leave to. The Mantle of the Red Dragon Emperor strikes again.
“Well, Rangiku? What does the Soul Society want with the Underworld?”
Shivering, shuddering, and looking between his face and his cock like she didn’t CARE what her people wanted anymore, Rangiku nonetheless slowly brings herself under control and begins to speak. Issei listens as she talks in a halting, breathless voice about the reincarnation cycle and the devils’ way of taking all of the most powerful humans before they could become Shinigami.
Truth be told, Issei could see where the Soul Society was coming from. After all, he’d had a few years to ruminate over the fact that he’d basically had no choice between giving up his humanity and becoming a devil, way back then. Of course, with Rias currently pregnant with their third child and available for him to fuck whenever he felt like it, Issei had long gotten over that. He was the Red Dragon Emperor, whether he was human or devil, and honestly, he preferred living longer as a devil, rather than dying to become one of these… Shinigami.
Humming, Issei pulls Yoruichi off of his cock with a pop, his throbbing pulsing member looking rather angry at this point. Like a cat fixated on a toy, Yoruichi’s yellow eyes never leave his member, even as she gasps and speaks in a throaty tone.
“P-Please… I’m sure I was close.”
Chuckling at that, Issei shakes his head as he looks down at the two hopeless women. Even Death Goddesses seemed to crumble in his presence. It was kind of hot, to be honest.
“Your mouth alone is never going to be good enough. Why don’t the two of you bend over that table for me, yeah?”
The buxom, gorgeous babes do as they’re told, positioning themselves side by side and flipping up the back of their dresses in unison to show off their gorgeous behinds… and their distinct lack of panties. Issei chortles as he stands up and moves into position behind… Rangiku first. His hands fall on her pale white ass, and the blonde bimbo of a Shinigami gasps and moans, her back arching as he thrusts his cock into her sopping wet cunt from behind.
Yoruichi whines at this, but Issei silences her by shoving two fingers into her mouth, which she immediately begins to suck on. As he fucks one of them and lets the other suck on his digits, Issei explains how things are going to be.
“The Underworld isn’t going to stop any of it’s citizens from reincarnating humans into devils. That’s just not how it works. From what I’ve been told, we kind of need the population boost. Not every Devil can be as virile as I am, after all. Oh… do the two of you want me to knock you up by the way?”
He says the last part in an entirely casual and conversational tone, but both Rangiku and Yoruichi latch onto it, nodding their heads and moaning their agreement. Grinning, Issei keeps on fucking the blonde one, pounding into her cunt with all his might.
“Well, are you sure? Because if I get you pregnant, you’ll have to stay here in the Underworld, with me…”
He draws his fingers out of Yoruichi’s mouth and slides them into her cunt instead, having already pegged her as the leader of the two. The dark-skinned woman speaks for both of them as she stares at him with heavily lidded eyes like the bitch in heat she’s become.
“I-I’ll make as many excuses as are n-necessary! We’ll… we’ll ask to be made permanent liaisons to the Underworld!”
Rangiku nods along with her superior’s words, and Issei grins wickedly.
“Wonderful. The Great Satans will be pleased to hear that we could come to an arrangement with the Soul Society.”
He cums inside of Rangiku then, filling her with his seed. Then, he moves over to Yoruichi, giving her his full attention as her subordinate passes out face down on the table. As he hooks his fingers into Yoruichi’s mouth and pulls back, fucking her hard from behind while forcing her spine to arch, Issei leans forward, hot breath flowing across her ear.
“We’ll discuss the details of that arrangement in a bit. First, we have a baby to make, don’t we?”
Yoruichi’s yellow eyes roll up in her head at that, her entire body spasming with orgasm as Issei fucks her and fucks her and fucks her some more. The entire while, the young man is grinning like a loon. He could tell, these were two strong, powerful, independent women who had no idea what they were getting into when they walked into this room today. Neither thought they were going to find out what it was like to be made into a breeding bitch by an Emperor.
Now though, now they knew their true purpose in life, now they had had the inner slut that laid fallow at the depths of their souls dragged up out of them, to the forefront. Now, the two gorgeous Shinigami were right where they belonged.
