It’s dark and quiet as the Empress of Amazon Lily sneaks her way into the guest quarters of her own castle. One might wonder why the ruler of an entire island would feel the need to sneak around in her own home. One might wonder why Boa Hancock, who acted like such a peacock pretty much any other time, would be willing to actually exercise some stealth and subtlety in her movements.
All of it had to do with the slumbering young man in the bed before her. As Boa creeps closer still, Monkey D. Luffy, would-be King of the Pirates and Captain of the Straw Hat Crew, snores. One might expect that to be something of a turn off, but after everything she’d seen these last few days, Boa wasn’t sure that anything Luffy did could even be considered a turn off for her, anymore.
Love Sickness. That was what Elder Nyon had called it. Supposedly, it was a disease that occurred whenever an Empress of the Kuga tribe fell in love with a man. It could even kill her, if she tried to ignore her feelings for Luffy for too long. But… that was just it. Boa’s tongue trails out of her mouth, and she licks her lips greedily, even as she sits down besides Luffy’s sleeping form.
She didn’t WANT to ignore them. For the first time in her life, Boa Hancock had found a man worthy of her affections, worthy of her feelings. She had no desire to pass up on that, and truth be told, she wasn’t going to let this chance to finally, FINALLY be happy slip through her fingers. Boa’s eyes zoom in on Luffy’s sleeping features for a moment, but eventually, her gaze dips down. Down past his pecs, down past his chiseled abs… and there, at the waist, is where the blanket remains, hiding what he’s packing. Or, trying to anyways. Luffy slept in the nude, as it turned out, and apparently, he was having a VERY good dream, because… there was currently a tent in the bedcovers.
Slowly, the Snake Empress reaches forward, pulling the covers back from where they were already slipped down at his waist. She drags them back, breath hitching in anticipation of what she’s about to see… and then she has to swallow the gasp, as Luffy’s cock is revealed before her. On the contrary, it wasn’t fully erect as she had previously thought… no, Luffy was only half-hard at moment, and already it was the biggest, thickest thing Boa had ever laid her eyes on.
Truth be told, she only had her experience as… a-as a slave to really draw upon. But even then, none of the worthless men that had hurt her, or her sisters had ever had THIS sort of size or girth. Honestly, it relieves Boa, in more than one way. If their masters… their rapists, had had cocks this big, Boa was pretty sure she wouldn’t be alive right now. And at the same time, she was glad that Luffy stood head and shoulders over those… those men. He was better than them, better than all of them.
But he was also so big that Boa w-wasn’t sure what to do now. As she stares at his cock, it gets bigger and bigger, now that it’s no longer hidden beneath the blankets. The open air, or maybe even her hot breath as she leans in to study it, is enough to cause his member to inflate, all the way to full mast. Luffy’s size leaves Boa blushing up a storm and staring at it wide-eyed.
After a moment, the Snake Empress looks down at herself, bringing a hand to her belly, her abdomen. She rests her palm right above where her womb would be, and then looks back at Luffy’s member. H-How? How was it ever supposed to fit inside? She wanted it, oh god how she already wanted it, and she also knew she loved Luffy with all her heart… b-but this wasn’t the sort of thing she could handle alone.
That realization sparks something of an epiphany for the Snake Empress. Alone… she didn’t have to do this alone, now did she? This was the Isle of Women. This was Amazon Lily. She was surrounded by her subjects, who were practically obligated to help her! But… Boa didn’t want to bring in just anyone, really. She didn’t want to just… just invite the entire damn tribe!
She’d seen how the rest of the Kuja were looking at Luffy, these last few days. After everything was said and done, after they found out about the fact that Luffy’s brother, Ace, was going to end up being executed at Marineford, Luffy had spent every day since training in preparation for the big battle. Needless to say, the rest of the Kuja had not missed his training sessions. Not a single one.
It made Boa incredibly jealous, despite the fact that she knew she was more beautiful then all of them, and that Luffy was destined to be her man! It was what had brought her to his room, late at night, in the first place though, to be honest. That, and the fact that they only had a week left until they had to leave to go save Ace.
She didn’t want to depart with Luffy without expressing her feelings to him properly, and the guest cabin of a marine ship, even if it WAS furnished properly for someone of her station, was not the place to consummate their relationship. It would be far too loud and attract far too much attention. And then after that, they would be at Impel Down, and it wasn’t like she could drag Luffy into a supply closet and fuck him THERE.
No, she had to have sex with him now… but maybe not quite right now. Leaning back, still staring down at Luffy’s mammoth-sized member, Boa gets off the bed, blushing up a storm and carefully backing up, out of the room. She needed… reinforcements. And she was already getting a pretty good idea of just who she would bring into matters. A woman that not only she could trust, but that Luffy would like as well. A good… middle ground.

Marguerite could scarcely believe this was happening, even as she followed the Snake Empress oh so silently down the hall, up to the door that led into Luffy’s room. Boa had told her what was expected of her in that usual imperious way of hers, albeit with an added bit of light blush as she said it. And Marguerite was completely on board with the plan, the blonde happily leaping at the chance to… well, to b-be with Monkey D. Luffy.
But she still couldn’t believe it was actually happening. It was like a fever dream. Up to and including the reveal of just how big Luffy’s cock is, once they’re safely ensconced inside of his quarters and Boa pulls back the covers to show Marguerite what they’re there for. Leaning over either side of the bed, the two women stare at the large, meaty member between them, with Boa’s gaze filled with avarice, and Marguerite’s filled with something akin to shock… and trepidation.
“No backing out now.”
Boa’s voice hisses across the bed at her, and Marguerite blushes before nodding, knowing that she was at the whims of the much more powerful woman. Even if Luffy did have what could only politely be termed an outright ‘bitch-breaker’ of a schlong. Leaning forward as Boa does the same, Marguerite follows the Snake Empress’ lead and grabs hold of Luffy’s cock at the same time that Boa does. Their four, slender, feminine hands don’t even have to fight for space, though Boa does insist on being at the top of the cock, which leaves Marguerite with the middle of the base.
As they begin to work Luffy’s shaft up and down, and he in turn starts to produce thick, viscous precum that has Marguerite’s heart pounding in her chest and her slit growing wetter and wetter, the man himself begins to wake up, because of course he does.
“Hm? Ah… what’s going on? Boa? Marguerite?”
The blonde leaves it to the Empress in the room to explain, as Boa had already ordered her to earlier. Neither of them stop working Luffy’s shaft up and down with their hands, his precum now leaking down their slender fingers.
“There is the matter of payment for all that we’ve done for you, Luffy. Normally, those of the Kuja tribe go out to find mates and breed off of the island… but it only seems right that this time, the breeding take place here.”
“Breeding? Like making babies?”
Boa and Marguerite exchange a glance at that, before Boa licks her lips and leans forward, swallowing Luffy’s cockhead in her mouth. She looks all the more like a snake for a moment as she does so, if only because her jaw has to stretch beyond what looks like it should be humanly possible just to take Luffy’s meat pole into her mouth. The Empress swirls her tongue around Luffy’s cockhead for a moment, all but laying claim to it… and then she pulls back, sitting up and wiping her mouth with the back of her hand as she looks over at Marguerite.
“Indeed, Luffy. Marguerite will be going first, of course.”
She’d known it was too good to be true. The idea that Boa Hancock of all people, who was so deeply in love with Monkey D. Luffy that she had something called “love sickness’, was letting Marguerite go FIRST? She’d known there had to be a catch, but she’d gone with it anyways. Now, as Marguerite positions herself above Luffy’s mammoth-sized member and Boa hugs his head close to her breasts, watching through slitted eyes, the blonde finally recognizes what that catch is.
She’s basically the warm-up. Boa doesn’t care that Marguerite is going first, she’s simply using the blonde to tucker Luffy out a bit, before she goes. As Marguerite forces herself, inch by inch, down Luffy’s cock, grunting and groaning and panting heavily, she can’t help but admire the Snake Empress’ ruthlessness, all while inwardly cursing her. God, it felt good, but at the same time, he was too big, way, WAY too big. Still, so long as she could take things slowly for a little while longer, she could-
“Oh wow, that feels GREAT!”
Marguerite’s eyes go wide as she feels Luffy take hold of her hips. Her mouth opens to tell him to wait, but before she can… he’s driving her down onto his cock, and his cock up into her with a gusto.

Boa watches, intrigued, as an expression she’s never seen before spreads across Marguerite’s face. Hm, so this is the fabled ‘ahegao’ that some of the Kuja women bragged about experiencing on their trips off island for breeding purposes. That was the only thing it could possibly be, given the fucked silly look on Marguerite. The blonde’s eyes had instantly rolled back in her head, and her tongue was sticking straight out of her mouth.
Not that Luffy was showing any mercy, the beast. Boa licks her lips as she watches Luffy thrust up into Marguerite from below like a damn jackhammer. He’s on bottom, and he’s STILL plowing Marguerite like there’s no tomorrow. But then, this was exactly what Boa wanted to happen. After this, Luffy would be a little tired out. Once he’d come inside of Marguerite, Boa would have a small window of opportunity to ease herself down onto Luffy’s drained member, before it grew thick and hard and erect again. She could adjust to his true size once it was inside of her, giving her the ability to withstand his relentless assault.
Unlike poor Marguerite, who even now, Boa could see was just… completely gone already. Luffy’s cock was bulging out of the big-breasted blonde’s belly with every thrust, and in turn, Marguerite was bouncing and flailing about like a ragdoll with her strings cut, only Luffy’s grip on her hips, as well as his cock up inside of her like… like some sort of perverse sock puppet keeping her upright and continuing to ride him.
And then, just like that, Luffy groans and Boa can see the moment that he begins to cum. She can see it happening, because Marguerite’s belly distends as if the blonde is already pregnant, leaving her stuffed full to the BRIM with Luffy’s seed. For a brief second, Boa just stares… and then she remembers her plan. Without a single care in the world for Marguerite, the Snake Empress lifts the blonde off of Luffy’s cock and tosses her to the side, where she lands on the bed with a thump.
“My turn now, Luffy!”
“A-Ah, okay…”
Luffy sounds dazed, and a little confused. That’s exactly how Boa wants a monster like him to be. Because if he was at his full strength, well, she’d end up just like Marguerite. Instead of now, where she would- Boa’s eyes go wide as she unthinkingly slams herself down onto Luffy’s member, expecting him to be half-hard at best, and a whole lot smaller.
The moment that she has him fitted against her spreading pussy lips, the Snake Empress just forces herself down without even looking. That proves to be a mistake, because as it turns out, Luffy might be dazed and confused… but his cock is in no way tuckered out by Marguerite’s ride. And Luffy himself… grabs hold of Boa’s hips a second later.
For a single instant in time, Boa can see her fate before her. She already witnessed it happen to Marguerite, after all. And she knows she COULD technically stop it, that she’s about as strong as Luffy, and could force him to take things a bit slower… but then the instant passes, and Boa doesn’t do that at all, and as he begins to fuck her with massive force, the former slave girl turned Empress moans wantonly and climaxes explosively around Luffy’s cock, tossing her head back and howling her pleasure to the sky.
She doesn’t immediately break like Marguerite did though, of course. Boa is stronger than that. But she can feel it already starting to happen, and as her insides clench and squeeze at Luffy’s massive member, pushing up into her womb as it is, Boa lets herself go, lets herself embrace the pleasure. As Luffy begins to fuck her into oblivion, as he begins to fuck a baby into her, just as he had no doubt done with Marguerite, there’s one last conscious thought that goes through Boa’s head before she loses her mind.
… They were going to need a lot more than two women to satisfy this handsome beast of a man.

“Okay Boa, this is where I’m going to sneak awa-MMPH!”
Before Luffy can escape her, Boa grabs him up and kisses him, long and hard. They’re in the middle of Impel Down, and this is incredibly reckless, of course… but they have a moment, and Boa takes it. She kisses Luffy as hard as she can, and when she pulls away, she gives him a wide smile, licking her lips salaciously.
“Good luck, my King. I will be here, should you need my assistance.”
Luffy just gives her a goofy smile, and then runs off, leaving Boa alone in the middle of the corridor. She watches him go though, knowing that thanks to him, she’s not truly alone… her hand moves to her midsection as she lets out a shuddering sigh of contentment. Her Love Sickness was entirely cured now, as it so happened… and the whole damn Kuja tribe had an entirely new generation of daughters only nine months away.
