Shaak Ti had said he should be assigned to a male Jedi Master, or not at all. She would have preferred he be sent to the Service Corps, never to become a full-fledged padawan, let alone a Knight.
Master Gallia had supported him though, and Masters Unduli and Allie had both supported her in turn. As such, something… unexpected had happened. Namely, Tylo had options. He wasn’t supposed to have options. But he had them all the same. Apparently, of the women he’d fucked last week, only Master Ti had any reservations about training him.
Knight Secura, Master Unduli, Master Gallia, and now Master Allie as well, all wanted him as their padawan. And they were letting him choose which of them he wanted as his Master.
He would be Knight Secura’s first padawan learner. Meanwhile, from what he’d overheard with his mind reading, he would sharing Master Unduli with another Mirialan. What favors she’d pulled to manage to get the Council on board with THAT, he couldn’t even begin to know. He was just an Initiate. Much of this was completely over his head. Finally, there was Adi Gallia and Stass Allie. He’d certainly left an impression on both of them, and from the impression he got, if he picked either, he’d almost certainly have access to the other. For both training… and other things.
So those were his three options, in the end. Be Knight Secura’s first padawan. Share Master Unduli with this Barriss girl. Or be shared by Masters Gallia and Allie. Although… there was the fourth option. An option that had been unthinkingly presented by Master Ti.
For whatever reason, the Togruta Jedi Master was afraid of him. No, Tylo knew what the reason was. She wasn’t afraid of HIM, not truly… she was afraid of herself. Of her reactions to him. What this meant was obvious. He now had… not quite enemies, but detractors in the Jedi Order. He’d heard more than a few of them thinking quite loudly about whether he would ever be able to control his urges or not.
Which was frankly quite hypocritical. It was obvious to Tylo at least, thanks to his mutant ability, that the Jedi Order’s leaders were all unrepentant sluts, whatever their gender. At the same time though, they practiced a double standard regarding those at the bottom of the pecking order. Tylo only knew about it all because they couldn’t defend against his particular version of mind-reading.
It was all a little bit rotten, wasn’t it? And Tylo… part of him, a small part maybe, wasn’t sure he wanted to be a part of it anymore.
He was getting to that age where he could make that choice, if he wanted to. Especially given that they were letting him make a choice about his Master, in the end. But if he did, what would he do? Where would he go?
The Service Corps were right out. He had no interest to spend the rest of his life farming or anything like that. But it was a big galaxy. And while his own personal universe had been relatively small, his unique ability had allowed for Tylo to be far more aware of the outside galaxy then his fellow Initiates, all this time.
Did he want to continue along this path as a Jedi? Or did he want to break away from it all, and see what the rest of the Galaxy had in store for him?

A/N: PLEASE READ! I'm putting this at the end to hopefully minimize distractions from the story itself. Basically, this next vote is a very important one, so I want to make one thing perfectly clear:
This is two votes in one. The overarching vote is for whether or not you guys want Tylo to leave the Jedi Order behind. AS SUCH, Options 1-3 will be going against Option 4, and then if they altogether win the vote, whichever option within Options 1-3 that got the most votes will win. This means that "Leave the Order" needs OVER 50% of the vote in order to win here.
EXAMPLE:
1. Aayla Secura: 25% of the vote
2. Luminara Unduli & Barriss Offee: 15%
3. Adi Gallia & Stass Allie: 20%
4. Leave the Order: 40%
In the above example, Option 1 wins the overall vote because Option 4 did not manage to get more votes than Options 1-3 combined. Effectively, you guys are voting first on whether or not Tylo will leave the Order. And then, if he doesn't, I will look to see which of the first three Options got the most votes and go with that.
What happens if Tylo does leave the Order? The story will continue, I can guarantee that. There will be options for what he does next. Like I said above, this is a very important vote, potentially the most important vote of this entire story.

Barriss is definitely still obtainable though. One path to her off the top of my head is that Aayla has/will serve (I'm a bit unsure of where in the timeline we are tbh) with Skywalker and Ahsoka (Specifically at Quell and Maridun) and Ahsoka was a friend to Barriss, Bariss even owing her a Life Debt (which is a thing in some cultures in Starwars) up until she betrayed Ahsoka by framing her for the Bombing of the Jedi Temple Hangar; so any point before then we can probably leapfrog to Barriss by getting to Ahsoka through Aayla and then Barriss through Ahsoka.
