1. Mass Effect - Commander John Shepard/ Miranda Lawson - The Lazarus Project successfully brought Shepard back, however he was not entirely the same as he once was. His libido for one was increased exponentially, as was the size of his genitals. Speaking to Miranda about it, he learns that Cerberus wanted to ensure that Shepard's bloodline would continue even if he were to fail his mission. 3. Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Xander/Amy - In Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered (S2, E16) after Cordelia rather publically dumps Xander he blackmails Amy into casting a love spell on Cordelia that explosively backfires cause it's Xander. But what if Aphrodite, Goddess of Love, took more issue with Xander's plan? Her intentions, when she abducts them both to her domain and overly sexualizes their bodies, is to make them both choke on their punishment. She's not expecting them to enjoy it quite so much... or to fall in love with each other. She really should have though... she IS the Goddess of Love. Themes: Rough Sex, Fucked Silly, Big Dick
4. Highschool of the Dead - Takashi/Saya - Saya goes to berate Takashi about his moping over Rei and, in the middle of her rant, makes a comment about how he could come to her if he was that broken up over Rei. When he suggests taking her up on her offer then and there, well, Saya isn’t one to go back on her word. Themes: Titjob, Rough Sex, Exhibitionism
5. Yu-Gi-Oh! GX - Jaden/Camula - When Jaden beat Camula in a duel, she had not yet had the chance to activate the Gate, and thus was not consumed by the Shadows when she lost. However, she did pay a forfeit, her existence bound to Jaden as the new Handmaiden of the Supreme King... and denied one method of reviving her race, Camula turns to a new method, with the aid of her new liege lord. 6. Ranma 1/2 / Pokegirls - Ranma/Macavity - Ranma's rivals have finally succeeded in getting rid of Ranma...by banishing him to another world. But while they celebrate in their world, Ranma finds himself landing in the lap of an amused Macavity, who takes an interest in him, and introduces him to Taming, with Ranma somehow getting her pregnant and ensuring the permanent interest of Macavity... for better or worse, ensuring he would continue to live in interesting times. she also wrote the male symbol on xander's chest, which is also the symbol of mars God of war (roman version of Ares who might have been Aphrodite's piece on the side ) while calling on said virginial goddess (though the version I heard was she set his own hunting dogs on poor Acataeon the new deer). And while it has been a while I thought Xander didn't want a love spell he wanted revenge (very in theme for greek gods) so I assumed all three gods giggled and gave the spell extra oomph for violence and hunting. (sorry for hijacking your comment)

I was always irritated that the show insisted the magic went wrong because of Xander (or because Aphrodite was angry with the spell). It went wrong because rather than Aphrodite/Venus, Amy invoked Diana, virginal goddess of the hunt. The same goddess who turned a man into a deer and let her dogs eat him alive for seeing her naked.
