Summary: Himiko picks the 'wrong time' to impersonate Ochaco. She just so happens to pretend to be Ochaco on the one night Izuku agreed to fulfill his brunette girlfriend's fantasy of being turned into a sex slave. A total accident on Himiko's part, of course. One hundred percent. And by the time Ochaco gets home, it only makes sense that she and her boyfriend now have a shapeshifting sex slave willing to do anything they want.

There’s a lot that Ochaco was anticipating upon coming home this evening. For one, she was expecting Izuku to be waiting for her to arrive. He would throw her down as soon as she walked in the door, tear away her clothing, and begin having his way with her right then and there, no matter how she begged and cried out for him to stop.
This was because tonight was the night they’d decided upon for exploring one of Ochaco Uraraka’s darker fantasies. Namely, the brunette cinnamon roll of a girl had a deep and dark sexual desire to be dominated and… a-and treated like a sex slave. One definitely wouldn’t guess it from looking at her, but that was the truth.
Luckily, she had an amazing, spectacular boyfriend… who after some convincing on Ochaco’s part, was willing to at least give it a try. And so, they’d set up the time and date and gotten ready for a night of passion. Neither of them had anywhere to be for the next couple of days, so it should have been a fun old time.
Only, Izuku isn’t waiting for Ochaco at the door when she gets home. Despite her spending all day long sending him increasingly provocative messages and images, utterly scandalous things like “this pussy needs to be taught a lesson” and “I want a collar or a hand wrapped around my neck all night long” he wasn’t there. Was he not as riled up as she’d hoped he would be? Had one of her messages turned him off to the whole idea?
Ochaco bites her lower lip in worry as she makes her way into their apartment, only to hear noises coming from their shared bedroom. She’s startled to hear the sounds of feminine squealing, and flesh slapping against flesh. Eyes widening, Ochaco can only creep forward. Izuku… Izuku is cheating on her?! But why the fuck would he do it on the very night they’d set aside for this?! He wouldn’t have f-forgotten, right?
Getting closer to the door, which is slightly ajar, Ochaco peeks through just as a VERY familiar female voice reaches her ears.
“Please! P-please let me rest! You’ve been fucking me for HOURS!”
Izuku’s response is a lustful chuckle, even as he continues to plunge his cock into the woman at a rapid fire pace.
“I’m not stopping until you say the magic words, Ochaco. Until then, you’re my slave.”
His confusion is understandable. That IS Ochaco’s voice she hears coming from someone else’s lips, and when she looks in through the crack in the door… that’s her on the bed. On all fours is ANOTHER Ochaco Uraraka supposedly, her hands clawing at the messy bedding beneath her as Izuku pulls on a belt that he has wrapped around her throat like a collar and leash and fucks her from behind.
Seeing him fuck her like that, the real Ochaco can’t help but quiver a bit, her arousal, which had begun to simmer down at the thought that her boyfriend was cheating on her, suddenly raging back into full force, like a burning bon fire in her loins. Watching herself get treated like Izuku’s fuck toy… its amazing. There’s only one problem… it’s not really here.
After years of dealing with a certain someone, a smart girl like Ochaco knows exactly what’s going on almost instantly, the moment she sees a copy of herself with Izuku. This is Himiko Toga, the sadistic, sociopathic villainess who’s given them all so much trouble over the years. She’s specifically given Ochaco and Izuku a lot of trouble, pretending to be Ochaco quite a few times while professing to being best friends with the brunette. All the while, she’s convinced that Izuku is her soulmate, and constantly goes on and on about loving him with all her heart.
Honestly, in comparison to some of the things Himiko has done over the years, this is almost… tame by comparison. Clearly, she’d somehow found out about what Ochaco and Izuku were going to do tonight and had inserted herself into the dynamic. Clearly, she had bitten off more than she could chew. And yet, at the same time, as the real Ochaco watches through the door, Himiko, despite the protests falling from her shapeshifted lips, looks absolutely ecstatic. Her eyes, which are really Ochaco’s eyes, are FILLED with happiness and desire.
Ochaco likes to think she’s gotten pretty good at reading the sadistic villainess over the years, as much as she would have preferred not to. And its clear to her… Himiko is having the time of her life, despite her meager protests.
Its even possible that she knows the safe words Izuku is asking for, the ones that he and Ochaco came up with, and she’s refusing to use them. Or, it’s equally possible she doesn’t know them at all, and has ended up stuck getting everything she wanted, but too damn much of it. Heh, be careful what you wish for, as they say.
… And yet, once Ochaco assimilates understands everything that’s going on, she can’t just sit idly by, regardless of how arousing watching a copy of herself get treated like shit by Izuku is. No, because even of Himiko is wholly into it, Izuku… Izuku doesn’t know what’s happening.
Bursting into the room, the real Ochaco immediately calls out to her boyfriend.
“Izuku! It’s not really me! It’s Toga!”
Both of the people on the bed startle at her sudden appearance, two sets of eyes widening in shock and surprise. But Izuku… Izuku reacts fastest, clearly using some degree of One For All at this point to keep going for hours, if he truly had been fucking Himiko that long. By comparison, the villainess is clearly exhausted… and just can’t react fast enough.
Izuku’s cock slips out of her as he abruptly pins her face down into their bed. Yanking her arms behind her back, he’s quick to tie them up and restrain her with nearby ropes he had for exactly that occasion. Her legs suffer the same, and even as Himiko finally begins to struggle, Izuku is already halfway through putting her in a consummate hogtie. By the time he’s done, Himiko is squirming and inching around on the bed, but can’t do anything more.
With the threat from the sadistic blood-drinking villain defused for the moment, Ochaco lets out a sigh of relief and walks forward. Izuku, naked and covered in sweat, positively glistening, climbs off the bed and moves to stand at her side.
“Ochaco…”
“Its okay, Izuku. I know you didn’t know.”
“P-Please! Pleasepleaseplease, I was SO close! I was so close to UNDERSTANDING!”
On the bed, Himiko, still transformed into Ochaco, whines and whimpers pathetically. Her words though… they catch the real Ochaco’s interest. Stepping closer, the brunette grabs herself by the hair, yanking Toga-Ochaco’s head up and staring herself in the eyes.
“Understanding what? You were so close to understanding WHAT?”
Seeing tears streaming down her own face is a bit odd, even as Himiko mewls with her lips.
“Y-You! I was so close to understanding the both of y-you!”
A jolt runs through both Ochaco and Izuku at that. It’s always been hard not to pity Himiko Toga for her lot in life, especially once they’d found out about her background. She was a prime candidate for Quirk Influence, where one’s Quirk fucked with their head to the point that they simply couldn’t function as a normal member of society.
From the very start, Himiko hadn’t had a chance, her Quirk giving her a sick fascination with blood and her parents pressuring her to be as normal as possible instead of getting her the therapy she needed from a Quirk Specialist. It was all terribly sad… but as Ochaco looks at herself, as she looks into her own eyes, she finds a Himiko Toga who clearly wants to change. Who sees… the two of them as a way to do it.
“You think… having Izuku fuck you as me, will help you understand us better?”
Sobbing, Himiko just nods rapidly. Izuku, meanwhile, places a hand on Ochaco’s shoulder.
“Ochaco, you can’t…”
“If it works, it works, right?”
Pulling out of Izuku’s grasp, Ochaco turns to face him, smiling as she begins to strip naked right before his eyes.
“I was sad that you weren’t waiting for me at the door… but that doesn’t mean you can’t still give it to me. Unless you’re tired, Izuku~”
“… No, I can keep going.”
Pulling off her bra, Ochaco stands there in just her panties, knowing that she looks cute as a button.
“Then show me. Show US. And let’s make Himiko understand our love for one another in full, alright?”
For a moment, Izuku still looks gobsmacked. Then, the expression of shock clears, to be replaced by determination and resolve as he nods. A moment later, Ochaco finds herself grabbed by the throat by one of Izuku’s hands, while the other reaches down and tears away her panties.
“I won’t stop… not unless you ask properly.”
“I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

“Gagkh! Gagkh! Gagkh!”
A few moments later, Izuku is sitting on the edge of the bed with an Ochaco on either side of him. One is still very much tied up, while the other simply has a collar around her neck. Both are working over his cock as Izuku grips tightly at their hair and forces each of them to deep throat his dick and gag and choke on his member, one after the other.
He’s definitely spending more of his focus on Himiko though, making sure she doesn’t try to bite him or anything like that, now that they know who she is. But the blood-obsessed girl actually seems to be honest about her desires. She actually wants to try and understand them both. She wants to get better.
A small voice in the back of Ochaco’s head says that even if this does work, they’re just replacing one set of mental ailments with another. It’s probably not normal to want your boyfriend to tie you up and treat you like a sex slave. But Ochaco swiftly silences that small voice and focuses on playing support for now. She’s okay with it, she’s okay with being on the backburner until they’ve properly trained Himiko up into being a good little pet.
Which means she’s also okay when Izuku abruptly pulls them both away from his cock and spins around, using his grip on their hair to throw them both onto the bed. Ochaco ends up on the bottom, while Himiko ends up on top of her, still restrained… but with that mouth of hers very much not so.
For a moment, Ochaco just stares into her own face. Then, she reaches up and claps a hand over Himiko’s mouth, reaching down and grabbing the belt still wrapped around the transformed girl’s neck. Loosening it, she pulls the belt up and shoves it in between Himiko’s teeth before the sadist can try and bite down on her palm.
At the same time, Izuku grabs Himiko by her hips and plunges back into her from behind, fucking the transformed villainess hard and fast just like he was before Ochaco barged in. This time though, Ochaco is there to help. She pinches Himiko’s nipples, she gropes and squeezes her breasts. She hugs the other girl to her and smiles as Izuku pounds Himiko silly from behind.
“Is this what you wanted, Himiko? Is this what you needed?”
Gurgling, eyes threatening to roll back in her head, Himiko Toga doesn’t respond beyond a low groan through the belt makeshift gag in her mouth. Still, it’s clearly working. Izuku just has to fuck her hard enough for her mind to break. Then, together… they’ll rebuild her. They’ll make her anew, make her better.
Will it be messy? Sure? Is there a chance that it won’t work at all? Quite possible. But Ochaco is willing to try, and as she looks past her own face, over her own shoulder, and makes eye contact with her boyfriend, she can see from the determination in Izuku’s eyes that he’s willing to try as well.
What a messy trio, the three of them make… and yet, Ochaco can’t really bring herself to mind. As Himiko’s eyes fully roll back in her head, as she begins to go unconscious, her hold on the transformation finally degrades. Ochaco’s face fades away, and Himiko Toga in the flesh is soon revealed to her.
Eyes rolled back in her skull, tongue lolling out of her mouth, she looks absurdly lewd at the moment, like she’s being given the time of her life… which to be fair, she is. And also, to be fair, that was SUPPOSED to be Ochaco’s time. Tonight, was supposed to be Ochaco’s chance at being Izuku’s sex slave. Still, she’d get her own turn once they’d made Himiko into the perfect pet.
Reaching up, Ochaco cautiously removes the belt gag from Himiko’s mouth… and then leans up, capturing the other girl’s lips in a domineering kiss. Ochaco herself is a bit of a Switch, thankfully… as well as bisexual. She’s not sure she could ever dominate Izuku, but dominating another girl alongside Izuku? Maybe, just maybe, she could handle that.
And so, she laces her fingers through Himiko’s blonde locks, forcing her tongue down the back of the villainess’ throat. And never once does she feel even a hint of teeth. Never once does Himiko revert to form and try to bite her tongue or her lips or anything like that. She just takes it, submitting to Ochaco’s kissing just like she’s submitting to Izuku’s big fat cock… probably BECAUSE she’s submitting to Izuku’s big fat cock.
With the two of them tag-teaming her like this, the next couple hours pass by like a breeze, with Himiko positively losing her mind from the pleasure. But then, maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe that’s exactly what they want. Her mind wasn’t a very nice place, originally, and if this was how she chose to better herself, who were they to judge or stand in her way?
Hours later, when the sun is beginning to rise for the start of a new day, Ochaco finds herself hugging into Izuku’s side, while they both sit on the edge of the bed again. This time, a completely unrestrained Himiko Toga is on her knees before them, sucking and slurping at Izuku’s cock lovingly, almost tenderly in fact. She strokes his length up and down with her hands, fondling his balls and paying special care to avoid grazing him with her teeth.
Ochaco, of course, is sure that they’re far from done with Himiko’s rehabilitation. But hey… it’s a start.
