The main problem with what you're suggesting, is that I specifically designed these ideas to run off of the details of this particular setup – it'd honestly feel too much like I was outright plagiarizing your own concept, if I claimed mine as completely separate.

That are some very good ideas, but I think you should try to make that into another Code Geass series, I planned to let this one end after the third part, or maybe a fourth one were Kallen tries to get C.C to submit, but this series was primarly about Kallen slowly but surely submitting to Lelouch, which had happened now.

It's actually an ongoing, albeit controversial, fact that IRL!Japan's base age of consent is 13, literally the lowest age of any developed country on the planet. (Although that said, a lot of individual prefectures have their own local laws on the books, forcing that minimum age higher – though even then, cases of "serious romantic relationships" are granted exceptions, with parental consent.) Kaguya is 14 in R1, and going by her position as "hereditary" leader of the Six Houses – <i>in spite of</i> Japan's long history as being patriarchal nearly to the point of sexist – very likely the last surviving member of her family, as well. I'm honestly not seeing any need for an age-lift, at least in a purely technical sense.

This also makes for a good ending point, and not all series need to go on forever. a nice short three-shot might be all this story ever is, and I tried to write the end of this last chapter with that in mind tbh.
