Summary: Part 4 of Unlimited Perversity. Riser is furious that he lost Rias to Issei and demands a rating game to get her back. Issei tells the Phenex Heir to fuck off but Rias urges Issei to accept, but only if Riser is willing to put his mother, his queen, and his sister up as the prize if Issei wins. Naturally Issei wins so Riser and the entire Underworld watch as Issei claims three more for his harem.

“RISER PHENEX IS UNABLE TO CONTINUE! ISSEI HYOUDOU IS THE VICTOR!”
There’s no uproar, no cheer, no nothing… just absolute silence, as Issei stands there in the middle of the arena, staring down at his defeated foe.
“N-No… I can… s-still… fight… guh…”
Riser Phenex slumps in defeat, even as he tries to claim he can keep going. Before Issei can say or do anything, a voice rings out over the arena.
“Be silent, child of mine. You have done enough.”
Lady Phenex, along with the other two prizes for this… contest, finish materializing a moment later. It’s Lady Phenex, her daughter Ravel Phenex, and Riser’s Queen, Yubelluna. The three women who Issei had been promised, if he won this one on one Rating Game. More of a duel, really… but here they were, he supposed.
Honestly, Issei wasn’t entirely sure how he’d even gotten here. It all sounded so nonsensical. He’d thought the whole situation with Rias’ previous fiancé, Riser Phenex, to be resolved. But then everything had gone tits up in the Underworld, apparently. Someone had assassinated Marquis Phenex of the Phenex Clan, along with his two eldest sons. Riser’s father and two older brothers.
The result had been that Riser became not just heir, but the Lord of the Phenex Clan overnight. Which in turn meant that he suddenly had a lot more political power and ill-distributed authority on his hands. Authority he’d tried to use by getting Rias back, having apparently been quite irritated by the fact that she’d slipped from his fingers.
Despite, from what Issei had heard, having an entire HAREM already in the form of his peerage. Really, some people were so greedy. Sure, Issei wanted a harem of his own, and he was well on his way to having one, but he only wanted women who wanted to be with him. This Riser Phenex jerk just couldn’t catch a hint!
He'd challenged Issei for Rias’ hand in marriage, and initially, Issei had just refused. He wasn’t about to play games with one of his women like that. But then Rias herself had urged him to accept, while telling him what demands to put on the match.
That was how they’d come to be here today, with Riser using his newfound authority within the Phenex Clan to offer not just his younger sister and Queen up as collateral, since they were both part of his peerage, but ALSO his own mother, who only fell under his authority thanks to the ill-timed demise of his father and older brothers.
The Phenex Clan was in absolute shambles, at this point. Not only were all of its older male members dead, but Riser had just lost the match to Issei, meaning its female members were now his to do with as he pleased as well. There was almost no way that the Pillar Family would ever recover from this, unless Issei allowed them to. Which… to be fair, once again, he had no desire to force anyone to do anything they didn’t want to do.
As Lady Phenex, flanked on either side by a blushing Ravel and Yubelluna, walks up to him, stepping over her downed son and coming to a stop a few feet from Issei, he crosses his arms over his chest, looking all three women in the eye.
“By my rights as victor of this duel, I claim you three as my prize.”
There’s a sad smile on Lady Phenex’s face. Ravel, meanwhile, is damn near vibrating with nervous energy. And finally, Yubelluna blushes even harder. Of course, he stuns them all with his next words.
“As my first decree… I release you all from my service. You can stay with me if you want, but I don’t do slavery. You all belong to yourselves… and your choices are your own.”
That was the deal Issei had made with Rias. In exchange for doing this, he would NOT let any of these women feel forced into anything. Of course, on the flip side, Rias had made a specific demand of him as well. Namely, he wasn’t allowed to hold back. For Issei, this was perfectly fine. He didn’t want to let his over-confidence get in the way of his victory. He wouldn’t allow Riser even a chance of defeating him and taking Rias away, no sir.
Still, he was beginning to realize he’d done something amazing, judging by the continued silence from the audience that fills the stadium around them. Members of the Phenex Clan were said to be incredibly powerful because of their innate ability to constantly regenerate from what would otherwise be maiming, crushing, fatal damage.
And Riser had lived up to that, regenerating from Issei’s attacks nearly two dozen times before finally succumbing to exhaustion and his injuries. Now the boy lay defeated, his Phenex Heritage unable to help him. And Issei… Issei had shown EXACTLY what he was worth to these three beauties in front of him.
“Well, I don’t know about you girls… but I know my place.”
Lady Phenex, regal and quite ostentatious in both her attire and her bearing, strides forward and gracefully descends to her knees right in front of Issei. A moment later, and she has his cock out in her deceptively delicate-seeming fingers. Issei grunts, as she strokes his cock up and down with smooth, creamy palms for a moment, before smiling up at him knowingly.
“I’m told you appreciate a good set of breasts, Issei Hyoudou.”
Eyes wide, Issei nods… only to groan as Lady Phenex proceeds to angle his cock downwards, into the top of her cleavage. Her dress, as beautiful as it was, did have a low cut to it… exposing her vast tracks of land and allowing his cock to disappear into the valley between her huge mommy milkers. The gorgeous MILF moans in turn, even as she pushes her tits together and slides then up and down his prick as it throbs, buried between them.
Yubelluna and Ravel, meanwhile, share a single glance before surging forward as well. Yubelluna presses herself into Issei’s side, while Ravel drops to her knees next to her mother, watching what Lady Phenex is doing rather intently, as if she’s trying to soak up her mother’s knowledge and actions like they’re some lesson.
Issei just grins, as Yubelluna rubs her titties into his arm and looks him in the eye.
“I thought… I always thought Riser was the man most worthy of my love and affection, but I realize now he’s nothing but a little boy playing at power, compared to you. Please… please, make me your woman Issei Hyoudou.”
Her earnestness takes Issei aback a little bit, but he supposes it makes sense. This is the Underworld, where Devils pride themselves off of personal power more than anything else. And thanks to his massively sinful nature as a human, Issei Hyoudou is beyond a shadow of a doubt, one of the most powerful devils ever to live. Certainly, he’s the most powerful Reincarnated Devil currently in existence.
“… Alright, sure.”
Yubelluna beams and kisses him heatedly. Issei lets her, their tongues dueling aggressively. Meanwhile, down below… he feels a pair of hesitant lips and an equally hesitant tongue on his balls. Lady Phenex has taken hold of her daughter’s blonde hair and is pushing Ravel to work over his ball sack, resting as it is atop Lady Phenex’s bust as the gorgeous MILF continues to use her tits to fuck Issei’s cock.
Having all three women so eagerly worshipping him sexually, and in front of such a large audience as well… it’s unbelievably hot. Issei still can’t quite wrap his head around the fact that they’re all so willing to debase and degrade themselves with so many other Devils watching, but apparently this was normal, because no one was saying a word, no one was telling them to stop.
Not even Riser, who was still laid out on the ground, unable to move a muscle, watching in horror and despair as the three most important women in his life all gave themselves up to his great nemesis. Yes, it was quite obvious by this point that Riser saw Issei as this arch-rival of his. The truth was… Issei had barely paid the other man even the slightest thought until Riser had come barging back into Rias’ life with the weight of his clan behind him.
Now? Another man might be taking some pleasure in seeing Riser’s crestfallen face, but for Issei, all the pleasure was in what the three women before him were currently doing. It was so very easy to ignore Riser and the large audience, in favor of tossing his head back and groaning as he shoots his load right down into the valley of Lady Phenex’s breasts, coating her belly and staining her expensive-looking dress from the inside.
His seed explodes out of the top of her cleavage, and ends up coating young Ravel’s face as well, with the younger Phenex eagerly slurping it up and feasting upon it, visibly loving the taste.
For a moment, everything stands still… and then they move onto the beginning of Round Two. In moments, Lady Phenex, Ravel Phenex, and Yubelluna are all lined up before him on their hands and knees, asses in the air, and dresses flipped up over their big bubble butts, exposing their fat bottoms. Lady Phenex has the fattest bottom by far, with Yubelluna a close second, while Ravel’s behind is pert and perky, rather than truly large.
Doesn’t make it any less lewd though. Still, with their panties pulled down to their knees and their glistening pussies on display, Issei knows there’s only one of the three he could possibly fuck first. She just so happens to have taken the middle position too. Lining up behind Lady Phenex, Issei sinks his big fat cock into his first ever MILF and groans as she moans wantonly for all to ear.
At the same time, he brings his hands down and around and begins fingering Yubelluna and Ravel as well, not wanting them to feel left out. The result is all three of his newest harem members moaning up a melodic storm for the entire stadium to listen in on, everyone in the stands watching as Riser’s humiliation and defeat is completed by being forced to lie there while his mother, his sister, and his Queen are all defiled right before his eyes.
Even worse for Riser, is just how much Lady Phenex is enjoying it. He’d thrown his weight around by promising her as a prize if he lost. It was incredibly uncouth of him and wouldn’t have been remotely allowed if he wasn’t the sole remaining male member of the Phenex Clan. He’d completely destroyed his own credibility by selling out not just his own mother, but also his own sister, all for some idiotic attempt at reclaiming his so-called pride.
Of course, if Riser had won, everything would be different. The Underworld would be singing his praises, and it might be Rias, Akeno, and Koneko down here, getting fucked in front of everyone by Riser while Issei was forced to watch.
But that wasn’t what had happened. Riser had lost, and not only had he lost, the women he’d sold to Issei had been immediately freed… only to all unanimously decide they WANTED to be Issei’s fuck toys, they WANTED the most powerful Reincarnated Devil the Underworld had ever seen to plow them silly and make them his women.
As Issei empties his balls into Lady Phenex’s womb and then immediately moves over to begin fucking Yubelluna next, everyone watches and takes notes. This isn’t just a one on one match between a Clan Heir in over his head and some upstart Reincarnated Devil. No, the power Issei Hyoudou has shown here today is immense, and by the end of the week, it won’t be just the Devils who have their eyes on him.
After all, while this match had taken place down in the Underworld, it had been recorded and the results, along with this, the aftermath, would soon be distributed all across the Supernatural World. Not only would the Fallen Angels and Heaven soon know about this new massively powerful devil threat… but the other lesser known supernatural forces, like the Yokai of Japan, would learn of it too.
Issei Hyoudou hadn’t just claimed three new women for his harem by beating Riser Phenex, he’d put himself front and center on the world stage as the newest power to be feared, or revered, or cajoled and bribed. His life wasn’t going to be quiet for much longer, that was for sure.
At the moment though, Issei didn’t really care. He keeps on fucking Yubelluna, her musical cries feeling nice to his ears as she cums again and again for him, her breasts pulled free of her dress and bouncing back and forth with each thrust he does into her from behind. Finally, he fills her with his seed, pumping a hot thick load into her in front of everyone in the stadium.
Which just leaves Ravel Phenex. As he moves behind her, she looks back over her shoulder at him, anticipatory but also a little anxious.
“P-Please… it’s m-my first time…”
Issei nods, thinking he understands, only for a positively lewd expression of utter glee and depravity to spread across the young pureblood devil’s face.
“S-SO DON’T YOU DARE HOLD BACK! FUCK ME SILLY ISSEI HYOUDOU!”
Call it what you will. Revenge against her brother, or pure sluttiness. Either way, the end result is the same. Ravel’s shouted cry is the final nail in the coffin of Riser’s dead and buried reputation, before he could even possibly begin to get his feet under him as the new Phenex Marquis. Meanwhile, Issei just chuckles and gives Ravel what she wants, taking her virginity in front of an audience of thousands and plowing her silly, just like he did her mother and Riser’s Queen.
Pounding her in front of everyone, while Lady Phenex and Yubelluna finger themselves and slurp his seed off of their messy digits, Issei groans, enjoying how tight Ravel’s cunt is, how wet she is for him. He holds her by her hips, even as the smaller Phenex Devil mewls and moans up a storm, her eyes ultimately rolling back in her head and her tongue lolling out of her mouth.
Issei doesn’t let up for even a second, just as Ravel wanted. He fucks her in front of everyone, in front of her mother, her brother, and an audience of her peers and potentially her idols as well. And then he seeds her, pumping a hot thick load of cum right into her womb, just as he did with Lady Phenex and Yubelluna.
Only then, once he’s fucked and claimed all three female devils for his harem in front of half of the Underworld, does Issei pull back and come to a stop. He and his new women slowly leave the stadium behind, making for the magical teleporter that will take them back to Earth. Riser, meanwhile, is left in the dirt. And while he might eventually get up and leave the arena too, there’s no denying that he’s leaving any chance of a half-decent reputation in the dirt behind him when he does.

Nice! Kind of wanting an alternate version of this chapter where Riser won…
