Summary: An AU where the fact that devils are beings of desire has more of an impact. Meaning when Issei is reincarnated as a devil, his incredibly perverted nature gives him a huge boost to his devil power level. This, combined with his Boosted Gear, puts him on a similar level to the most powerful beings in the world. Rias, realizing the immense potential and opportunity in front of her, vows to do ANYTHING to help him.

“Buchou?”
She feels his presence, long before he actually arrives. As a result, she has an opportunity to get ahold of herself, before she comes into his field of view. Still, Rias knows there’s at least a faint blush on her cheeks, as Issei Hyoudou steps into the room and his gaze falls upon her.
“Issei… please, come and sit down.”
She pats the couch next to her, and Issei blushes before grinning a goofy, perverted grin and eagerly heading over.
“Of course, Buchou!”
Once he’s seated, Rias licks her lips for a moment.
“Would you… would you like a lap pillow?”
That shocks him, but also excites him, as she knew it would.
“R-Really Buchou?”
“Yes… and please, call me Rias…”
A moment later, and Issei’s head is laying upon Rias’ lap. Due to the short nature of her school uniform’s skirt, something that Rias had fought for when she and Sona had been hashing out the details of their shared ownership over Kuoh Town, Issei’s hair is tickling her thighs, in more direct contact with her soft pale skin then the skirt itself in truth.
He looks up at her, and Rias looks down at him, past her enormous bust. She blushes, as his eyes dart between her eyes and her tits quite a bit.
“What did you need Bu-, um, I mean Rias?”
Staring down at the young man, Rias can’t help but smile. That was just it. Because of Issei… she didn’t need anything anymore. Things had changed dramatically, after she’d spent all eight of her pawns reincarnating Issei as a Devil.
Devils… Devils were beings of desire. At their core, every devil was a creature of need and want that sought to fulfill those needs and those wants as much as possible. One might argue that humans were similar, but they weren’t. For humans, it wasn’t quite as big a deal. Oh sure, there were still humans who embodied the Sins, and certainly every human sinned a little. But for Devil… they WERE Sin. They were born of it.
When a non-devil was reincarnated as a Devil, their Devil Power was tied to how much they embodied Sin. How much they desired a certain thing. It was part of why Rias’ peerage was so damn strong. Koneko embodied the Sin of Gluttony, Kiba embodied the Sin of Wrath. Akeno was of Lust.
Of course, that didn’t make them TOO powerful, it just made them stronger than they should be, at their age. Rias’ peerage was special, and she’d always known that. When she’d gone through with her plan to reincarnate Issei and make him into a Devil, she’d assumed that his perverse tendencies would give him a decent amount of Devil Power.
She’d assumed that he would be like Akeno, if a bit weaker because he was a human and she was part Fallen Angel, and she was Rias’ Queen, and he was just her Pawn. Albeit all eight of her pawns. And maybe that should have been a sign right then and there, because Issei had blown Rias’ expectations right out of the water.
Issei didn’t just embody the Sin of Lust, he WAS Lust and Perversion and Desire made manifest. He was like a Demon of old, the progenitors to the current Devils who ruled the Underworld. He was all of the nasty power of those monsters who used to control their society before the Civil War, but with the mind of a human male… which made him multitudes better, at least in Rias’ book.
His power was such that it made Akeno pass out with a nose bleed, but not before Rias’ Queen dropped to her knees and shamefully and explosively orgasms right then and there as they were bringing Issei back from the dead. Rias herself, had barely managed to stay conscious, even as she’d squirted a little, her legs shaky as she’d stared down at him, wide-eyed.
It was more than that though. Issei’s Reincarnation had left her reeling at first, but she’d thought it was manageable, at least. And then she’d gotten word from her brother… Issei’s power had been felt all the way in the UNDERWORLD. He was… he was potentially as powerful as a Great Satan. And as it turned out, he was the Red Dragon Emperor on TOP of all of that.
… Her engagement to Riser had been cancelled. Her family couldn’t in good conscience just give her to House Phenex, when they’d be giving away such a powerful asset as well. Rias had been the Gremory Heiress for as long as she could remember, but now… now she was actually being trained to take over House Gremory, once she got older… once she got a better grip on her newest peerage member.
And that… that was why Rias had called Issei here. As she runs her fingers through his hair, his head laid out on her lap, Rias licks her lips and finally answers his question.
“Issei… what do you most want in this world? Be honest.”
He doesn’t have to consider it long, before the words she expects comes from his mouth.
“I want Buchou’s virginity!”
Yeah, that’s about right. Smiling softly, Rias nods and then carefully pushes Issei back up into a seated position. He lets her do so, sitting there on the couch as she slips off and onto her knees, spreading his legs apart with her hands.
“I told you to call me Rias, didn’t I Issei? As for your desire… consider it granted.”
She couldn’t control him through negative reinforcement, like punishments. Maybe she would be able to get away with it for a short time, but it wouldn’t last for long before his power would get too great and begin to overcome her. Ultimately, even though he was just Rias’ Pawn, Issei was a rising star. Not just in Devil Society, but in the world altogether. His power so thoroughly eclipsed hers that it wasn’t even funny. But that didn’t mean Rias didn’t have ways of… attaching herself to him.
“Ah… what?”
Rias giggles cutely at Issei’s shocked face, his mouth slightly agape in surprise, his eyes wide in confusion. Reaching out, she unbuttons and unzips his pants, and pulls his cock out a moment later. It’s huge, of course, but Rias expected as much. Someone with as much power as him, and with a dragon in his soul… wouldn’t be stuck with a tiny dick.
As she holds his throbbing, hardening member in one hand, Rias reaches for her chest and pops her buttons one by one as well. As she does so, she gazes up into Issei’s eyes, trying to get across her sincerity.
“I was engaged to marry someone else until earlier this week, Issei.”
The possessiveness that flashes through his eyes makes it clear Issei would never have allowed that to happen. Even though she was his King, and he was just her Pawn, he’d already laid claim to her. Rias wasn’t surprised by this. He was a Devil now, and Devils of sufficient power took what they wanted.
“I’m not, anymore. My parents cancelled the engagement… so I could give myself to you, instead.”
That leaves Issei at a loss for words, and in the silence that follows, Rias pulls her top open, letting her massive tits spring forth. They wrap around Issei’s fat cock with ease, and even though she has an absurdly huge bust perfect for pleasuring Issei’s member, the top of his large prick still pokes out the top as she slides her breasts up and down the shaft.
“Do you like my tits, Issei? Are they everything you imagined they would be?”
Rias can’t help but be a little self-conscious. On the one hand, she knows she has a spectacular pair of knockers. On the other hand, reality often fails to live up to fantasy. It’s possible her breasts won’t manage to match Issei’s perverted expectations…
“Y-Yes! Your oppai are amazing! I love them! I love them so much!”
Well, it was only a small chance. Rias ducks her head, hiding her happy little smile, even as she leans forward and laps at the tip of Issei’s dick for a few moments. She’s acting like a total slut right now, and not only because Issei is so powerful, and she needs to bind them together through intimacy. For a devil like Rias, Issei’s power is intoxicating… it draws her in.
If not for her orders, Akeno would have jumped Issei by this point. But instead, Rias had kept her Queen and Pawn apart while everything was sorted. Part of her felt a little guilty, because she’d done that mostly so she could have Issei’s first time for herself, and in turn give him her first time. But at the same time, it wasn’t like Rias intended to keep Issei and Akeno apart forever… he could fuck her Queen, just as soon as he got done fucking her…
Pussy walls clenching in anticipation, Rias decides she can’t wait any longer. She pulls back from Issei’s cock quite suddenly, her tits leaving his dick as she stands up. Issei blinks at her, having been mid-groan with his head tilted back. For a moment, he looks angry that she stopped, showing a hint that the power is likely getting to him, and will make him more and more possessive and needy as time goes on. But then he just has this dumbfounded look on his face as he gazes at her.
Rias blushes, her tits already out of her top and completely exposed. Meanwhile, she’s reached down and pulled up her skirt to reveal that she’s going commando right now. Her glistening wet pussy lips, the entrance to her sopping cunny, is on full display as Rias locks her lips, gazing down at Issei.
“I’m all yours Issei. I’m ready for you to claim me, to use me. Please… fuck me.”
Issei is a pervert, but his perversion had gotten him into trouble with quite a few girls. And when he’d finally thought he got a real girlfriend, she’d gone ahead and turned out to be a Fallen Angel, who had subsequently killed him.
One might imagine this would have been a very traumatic experience even for the most perverted of people. Issei had been put through quite the ringer, which was why Rias had started with the foreplay, started with a tit fuck. She’d wanted to ease him into things… as much as possible. She’s succeeded, by all accounts, if the way Issei suddenly surges up from the crouch is any indication.
He’s got her up against the nearby table with one leg hiked into the air a moment later. Rias squeaks, only to have him kiss her, his tongue driving into her mouth deep as he claims her lips for his own. Meanwhile, down below, his cock presses against her slit… and then slams forward, no hesitation. Just like that, Rias is speared upon Issei’s dick, her virginity irrevocably lost.
Right up until that point, Rias had half-expected someone to show up and stop them. Even knowing that her parents had cancelled the engagement with Riser, even knowing that she had the full blessing of her family to… engage in intimate acts with Issei, Rias had almost not believed it. She would get to this point, only to have someone like Grayfia step in and ensure her hymen remained intact for future deals between the Gremory and others, or something.
But nope, that doesn’t happen. Probably because they were putting all their eggs in this new basket, just as Rias was, but also… because it probably wouldn’t have worked. Grayfia was weaker than Issei. That was the plain and simple truth. That was how powerful Issei had become just by becoming a Devil.
As he jackhammers in and out of her pussy, Rias moans into his mouth and wraps her arms around his neck. Both her legs come up, as Issei lifts her and sits her on the table properly, and she wraps them around his waist. His cock slams into her cunt over and over again, and Rias… Rias can’t control herself anymore than she could have controlled Issei or any part of this interaction.
She cums, and once she starts cumming for him, she simply cannot stop. His cock fills her to the brim over and over, and all Rias can do is hang on for dear life. But then, she knew it was going to be like this. She knew she’d be holding onto Issei as he rocketed up into the stratosphere, as he shot for the Moon and more than likely reached it. Even if he didn’t, he’d land among the stars. All Rias had to do was make sure he took her with him.
And so, she enjoys herself, but she also makes sure Issei enjoys himself even more. When she notices him seeming to hesitate to lower his mouth from her lips to her tits, Rias grabs him by the back of his head and tugs him down there herself. As soon as Issei has ‘permission’, he’s ravishing her breasts with attention and adoration.
She’d known before how much of an ‘oppai fiend’ Issei was, but this… this is certainly something. Rias can do little more than throw her head back and moan like a wanton whore, as Issei lavishes her titties with praise, as he slams home into her cunt again and again with all his might. He’s fucking her so soundly, so ferociously, that Rias can barely keep her wits about her… until inevitably, she can’t.
Her eyes roll back in her skull, her tongue lolls out of her mouth. One of her last coherent thoughts is that she’s ahegaoing, like one of his hentai magazines. Not surprising, as Issei has more than enough sexual power to make it happen, and they ARE devils. As he drives her over the edge into temporary insanity, leaving Rias in a state where she’s too busy cumming her brains out to think much of anything at all, the red head can’t help but be thankful that she reincarnated Issei.
He's proved to be her ticket out of her arranged marriage, and for that… for that, Rias will give him all she has to give.
Unfortunately, when she comes back to herself, Issei has already cum. As her eyes roll back in her head again, its to find him looking at her concerned, having laid her out on the couch. His seed fills her though, she can feel that much as it sticks to her insides greedily, possessively claiming her womb. Not a single drop will leave her. Issei’s cum WANTS to breed her, wants to knock her up.
“B-Buchou! I’m so sorry, in the heat of the moment, I, uh, I came inside! You were clinging to me so tightly and-!”
Grabbing him by his lapel, Rias pulls Issei down into a hungry kiss, making her opinion abundantly clear. Even with all of his might and all of his power, he was still Issei. It would be up to her to shape him into a more intimidating, more domineering man. And frankly… Rias couldn’t wait.
