He hesitates for a moment, before realizing this has to be Anko’s decision. Quickly explaining her options, he lays out the pros and cons of both choices.
“… I want to be absolutely clear, Anko, this is your choice. You’ve sacrificed enough. You don’t have to do this.”

So all this talk about Orochimaru gave me an extremely odd thought... We know from Canon Orochimaru isn't against taking female vessels.
