Summary: Part 5 of In Over Her Head. Samui is worried about how she is going to handle Naruto for a whole week as Anko and Hinata are both away on missions. That is until she stumbles across Temari who admits she wants to thank Naruto for all he has done for her family. Samui and Naruto show her the best way to thank him is by helping to breed the next generation of Uzumaki.

To say Samui had been starting to worry might have been an over-exaggeration. She was… simply growing modestly concerned, that was all. And really, who wouldn’t be? She was very, very pregnant at this point, and both Anko and Hinata were away on missions. Meaning that taking care of Naruto’s needs fell solely to her.
Now, if she’d bothered to talk about the issue with him, Naruto would probably have been more than happy to just let her rest and wait for Anko and Hinata to return. After all, he’d gone all those years without constant sex before he’d first gotten his hands on Samui, hadn’t he? He could survive a week, if it meant not wearing her out too much in this latter stage of her pregnancy.
The thing was, Samui didn’t want to talk about the issue with Naruto. She didn’t want him to be self-sacrificing on her behalf. And she CERTAINLY didn’t want him to stop fucking her until she gave birth. No, she was… selfish in that way. Even with a gravid belly, the blonde kunoichi was addicted to Naruto’s cock. Thankfully, a solution had presented itself before the situation became… untenable.
“So then… you want to thank Naruto properly, is that it?”
Biting her lower lip, Temari of the Sand sits across from her, squirming where she’s sat. The two of them are having tea together, after Samui intercepted a request from the other blonde kunoichi to meet with Naruto. Smelling both a challenger AND an opportunity, the heavily pregnant woman had taken it upon herself to meet with Temari instead, to figure out what exactly it was she wanted.
Finally controlling herself, Temari straightens her back and holds her head high. Even though Samui is staring at her with every bit of iciness that she can muster, the younger kunoichi weathers the storm. Whether that’s because she’s just that tough, or Samui’s pregnant state presents weakness, it matters little. She’s still unduly impressed.
“T-That’s right. He… I never got the chance, before. Everything has been happening. But it was thanks to Naruto that Gaara not only got free of his inner demon but was also eventually saved and brought back after the Akatsuki got him. Naruto… has done so much for my family. I want to repay him. I WILL repay him.”
She glares at Samui at that, a clear challenge in her expression. She’s not going to let Samui stand in the way of her desire to see Naruto repaid by any means necessary. Heh. Sipping from her tea cup, Samui smiles thinly.
“And what do YOU think a good way to repay Naruto would be? How do you see yourself… thanking him?”
Temari blushes and her eyes dart down to Samui’s pregnant belly for a moment before she recovers herself and blanches, knowing she just gave everything away. Samui’s thin smile grows into a wide, wicked grin.
“Good. We’re on the same page then.”
Startling, Temari looks at her with wide eyes, her momentary confidence blasted apart by the implication behind Samui’s words. Yes… she meant exactly what the younger blonde thought she meant.

“Hm, you sure about this, Temari? I dunno about fucking Gaara’s big sister… Feels like it might go against the bro code, or something?”
Naruto’s reaction to the news that Temari would be joining him and Samui that night draws a soft, affectionate smile from Samui, and a startled blinking look from Temari. As soon as she recovers however, the Sand Kunoichi blushes but nods her head energetically.
“If Gaara were here, he’d throw me at you even harder than I’m already throwing myself. He would love the idea of our… our families being joined together in this way. He WILL love it, once you k-knock me up.”
Naruto just throws his head back and laughs.
“Hah! Alright then!”
That’s all Naruto needs to hear. His pants drop and his cock flops out a moment later, the blond shinobi standing there proudly with a giant grin on his face to go along with his giant member. Temari’s mouth drops open at the sheer size of his length, and after a moment, she begins to walk forward, almost stumbling as if in a daze.
Only to stop when Samui puts out a hand in front of her.
“Not yet. You can watch… and prepare yourself.”
There’s a certain relief in Temari’s eyes, hidden behind the momentary outrage. But here, at least, Samui has seniority. And while Naruto is grinning wickedly, he doesn’t try to interfere or countermand her order. Instead, he stays where he is, silent, as Temari hesitantly nods and Samui strides forward instead.
Sinking to her knees, the heavily pregnant kunoichi pulls her top open, letting her massive, milk-filled breasts flop out. She wastes no time in hefting them both up in her hands and wrapping them around Naruto’s member right then and there. His throbbing erection ends up nestled between her mammaries, the tits that he himself had ultimately made grow big and fuller, had made fill with milk via knocking her up.
Moaning, Samui leans forward and plants her lips on the bulbous head of Naruto’s cock, as it slips out from betwixt her cleavage, the first few inches of his member actually protruding from the top of her fat chest. As big as her breasts have become thanks to her pregnancy, Naruto’s cock is still even bigger. But that’s alright, because Samui soon takes those first few inches into her mouth, beginning to lewdly and noisily suck on them as she rides her milk-laden titties up and down the rest of his shaft.
Naruto groans in enjoyment, while behind her, Temari’s breath hitches and quickens. The sound of the other kunoichi stripping down reaches Samui’s ears, as does the sound of her fingers finding her sloppy wet slit and beginning to go to town on it. But even as Temari follows Samui’s instructions to ‘prepare herself’, Samui’s main focus is on the man in front of her, on Naruto’s pleasure above all else.
However, she’s well aware that she’s just the warm up here. Naruto has already more than impregnated her, after all. She can only prepare him for Temari, she can’t expect him to spend too much time on her.
Staring up at him, the heavily pregnant kunoichi swirls her tongue around his cockhead one more time, before finally pulling away. Rising to her feet, she slowly, gently pushes Naruto back onto the bed. He lets her, treating her like fine glass that he doesn’t want to break. Funny that, how he used to manhandle her, but now he’s so careful with her.
Well, he’ll be able to manhandle Temari soon enough. Samui just… she just wants a little something first. Luckily, even heavily pregnant as she is, she’s still a trained kunoichi. Her body might have softened up a bit since her defection to Konoha, given that she could no longer go on missions and had to stay out of sight and in Naruto’s home, but she was still a kunoichi, deep down inside.
As such, once Naruto is on her back, Samui climbs aboard. Crouching over him, pregnant belly and all, she slowly but surely impales herself upon his cock. Only the first half, she doesn’t dare go any further, but the first half is more than enough for her. Moaning wantonly, the heavily pregnant blonde rides Naruto right then and there, bouncing up and down on his cock as her belly and tits bounce and jiggle right alongside her.
At the same time, Samui looks over to see how Temari is doing preparation-wise. The other blonde kunoichi has indeed stripped completely naked, and is currently sat on her ass, watching Samui ride Naruto with a bright red blush across her face. She has one hand on a breast, her fingers toying with one of her rock hard nipples, while the other is between her legs, her digits plying her pussy lips, which glisten in the artificial light of the room, making it clear she’s sopping wet.
There’s no doubt in Samui’s mind that Temari is ready for Naruto to fuck her. And in truth, she knows Naruto is ready as well. Still, she’s so close… and a look down at Naruto sees the shinobi smiling up at her and nodding, giving his approval. And so Samui speeds up for a moment, and cries out quite lewdly and wantonly a moment later as she proceeds to cum all over Naruto’s cock, spasming and trembling atop him.
He grabs her by her hips just before she can collapse and end up impaling herself upon his member to dangerous levels of depth. Slowly, he pulls her off of his shaft, still having not cum yet. But his balls are churning, his dick throbbing. It’s clear he’s close… ready to blow, even. He just needs the right woman to blow that thick, virile load of seed inside.
Said right woman is waiting for him, as he carefully, gently sets Samui aside. Laid out on the bed, lounging on her side with one hand on her pregnant belly, the blonde kunoichi watches as Naruto hops up off of the bed and casually approaches a still masturbating Temari. Bucking her hips up into her pistoning fingers, gasping and moaning eagerly in excitement, the Sand Kunoichi looks up at Naruto expectantly, eagerly even.
Naruto just grins down at her and does a little swirl with his finger before planting his hands on his hips expectantly. Temari, seemingly understands immediately. Samui watches as the younger kunoichi immediately flips over onto her front. Face down on the ground, her ass rises into the air as she gets her knees up under her. Taking up the downward doggy position, the Sand Kunoichi wiggles her bare ass and tasty wet cunny in Naruto’s face.
He, in turn, wastes no time in crouching down, grabbing her delectable rump with both hands, and slamming his cock down into her from above. Temari squeals and claws at the floor, as Naruto begins to go to town on her. Her feet kick in the air but are nowhere near him as he crouches on either side of her hips and just jackhammers down into her from below.
Samui has a perfect view of the entire thing and gets to watch as Temari’s eyes widen in ecstasy, before rolling back in her head. It’s not long before her tongue is lolling out of her mouth as well, rolling across the likely unclean floor as she shudders and orgasms again and again in climactic ecstasy and bliss.
Of course, with all the foreplay that Samui had been sure to engage in with Naruto, it’s not long at all until he lets out a hoarse groan and slams down into Temari’s quim one final time, her legs doing one last kick before he obviously begins to unload inside of her. He fills her with his seed, and Samui watches on with a smile, the hand on her belly finally sliding down betwixt her thighs as she starts to play with herself.
After all, it’s not like he’s DONE or anything. Rather, this is just the beginning. Just as Temari’s eyes are rolling forward again in her head and she’s starting to recover, just as her body is finally ceasing the twitching, shuddering that it’s currently doing, Naruto grunts and reaches out. With his cock still impaled deep inside of her cunt, and no doubt reaching all the way into her womb for that matter, he grabs hold of Temari’s blonde hair with one hand and yanks her head up. His other hand goes to her side, which he latches onto before grunting and lifting her into the air altogether.
Samui knows what he’s doing even before he’s done it. This really is his favorite position. Already impaled upon his cock, Temari quickly finds herself manhandled into a perfect full nelson. Her limbs folded up, Naruto’s arms sliding under her legs and then back behind her neck for his fingers to lace through her hair, he grunts… and begins to bounce her.
Temari’s eyes widen all over again, her jaw dropping open in a silent scream that quickly turns into something not so silent. Her wanton moans fill the space, and quickly turn into lewd and depraved cries of impassioned pleasure and ecstasy. Now that she’s no longer face down, ass up, she’s got quite the set of lungs on her.
She looks at Samui, and Samui looks at her. Grinning, the heavily pregnant blonde glides her hand up and down her body, as if to say ‘this is what you will look like. Just give it some time’. With one of Naruto’s loads already filling her womb, Temari doesn’t look noticeably stuffed just yet. Oh, her taut abs definitely distend with every thrust of his massive cock up into her most sacred of places, but otherwise, her tummy is… flat. But that’s just how it starts. As he fucks her, as he bounces her up and down on his cock, Naruto proceeds to cum again. And again. And again, and again and again.
Even Samui is surprised, even she is impressed. For the first time, Naruto actually seems to be truly working towards the goal of knocking up a lover, and it is… a sight to behold. She’d known that the young blond shinobi’s work ethic was insane, that he could do anything if he just put the time, effort, and energy into it.
But this? Well, poor Temari will just have to endure. Samui can’t help her now, even though the younger blonde pleads with her with her eyes whenever they aren’t rolled back in her head in ecstasy. More and more, Naruto cums inside of Temari, until she looks almost as pregnant as Samui herself. That’s how much he fills the Sand Kunoichi up, that’s how much he pumps into her womb and cunt.
He doesn’t stop until he’s sure he’s knocked her up, or so Samui assumes. Indeed, it seems impossible that he HASN’T impregnated Temari with his baby, maybe more than one, when he finally pulls out of her and lays her down to rest on the bed next to Samui. His cum explodes out of Temari’s cunt in a deluge, but even still, it’s barely a drop in the proverbial bucket. Much more of his seed stays inside of the blonde, even as Naruto moves onto the bed and kneels beside Samui’s mouth, offering her his messy cock for her to clean.
As she does so, as she takes it into her mouth and begins to suck and lick him clean while fondling his balls, the heavily pregnant kunoichi can only feel content and satisfied in a way that’s utterly indescribable. Temari’s inclusion means she no longer has to worry about not being able to satisfy Naruto’s appetites while Anko and Hinata are gone. All is fine. Better than fine… all is spectacular.
