Summary: Part 3 of Unlimited Perversity. A month has passed and neither Rias nor Akeno can stop bragging about Issei and the amazing sex they’ve been having. Jealous and wanting Issei’s power and dick for herself, Sona brings him to the student council room to show what she has to offer. Though she doesn’t have much up top she does have a massive dump truck of an ass that can make even Issei question his love of boobs. Ultimately Sona fails to win him over but Rias does offer her and her peerage a place in Issei’s bed, so long as they know that Rias has dibs.

“Do you know why I called you into my office today, Issei Hyoudou?”
Sitting on the other side of the desk across from the Student Council President, Issei shakes his head vehemently, eyes wide.
“N-No ma’am!”
Sona Shitori was not someone you wanted to cross, as Issei had learned the hard way numerous times, when he and his friends had inadvertently crossed her over and over again thanks to their perverted ways. The bespectacled Student Council President was the real power behind Kuoh Academy, everyone knew that, and her punishments could be… downright depraved!
It made Issei shudder even thinking about it, though even repeat punishments hadn’t been enough to stop him and the other two members of the Perverted Trio from engaging in their antics. They’d merely adapted and tried their best not to get caught quite so much by Sona and her goon squad. The Student Council seemed to have eyes in their back of their heads half the time, with some of the things they caught Issei and his buds doing!
But the thing was… Issei hadn’t done anything of that sort for the past month now! Oh, that wasn’t to say he hadn’t been doing perverted and lewd things on the daily… he definitely had! But only with Rias and Akeno. He hadn’t peeped or ogled any girls in all that time, mostly because he simply didn’t have the time. Rias and Akeno were always finding a way to keep him nice and busy with their gorgeous bodies, and Issei, insatiable as becoming a devil had made him, was always happy to enjoy their delicious figures.
That was all to say, he really DIDN’T know why he had been called into the Student Council President’s office. Nor why it was just him and her all alone here, with Sona glaring at him heatedly from across her desk.
“Truly? Not even an inkling?”
“I-I’ve been good! I promise! E-Ever since I joined the Occult Research Club, I’ve been way too busy to do anything naughty! If the other guys have been up to their usual antics, I can promise you, it has nothing to do with me! The Perverted Trio has become the Perverted Duo!”
Issei’s rambling might have seemed odd in the face of the fact that he was currently banging the two Great Ladies of Kuoh on the regular, but one could not discount the raw aura of authority and disapproval that someone like Sona Shitori could pull off! It was downright diabolical!
Her glasses flash as she pushes them up the bridge of her nose pointedly, and Issei shivers, doing everything in his power to keep his eyes above Sona’s neckline. Luckily, the Student Council President wasn’t nearly as well endowed as Rias and Akeno, so it wasn’t that hard. She wasn’t working with much up top, though of course Issei appreciated oppai in all shapes and sizes. Still… he knew better than to look anywhere but the Student Council President’s eyes when she was interrogating him like this.
Except, strangely enough, this time Issei gets the really weird impression that Sona is almost… displeased he’s not looking at her chest? In fact, she’s doing this weird thing with her arms, almost like she’s trying to push out her meager bosom and accentuate it or something. N-Not that Issei is looking! He’s not! But you can see a lot from the way a girl’s shoulders are. Maybe… maybe he’s just seeing things though. Has to be, right?
“… Do you know who I am, Issei Hyoudou? Do you know WHAT I am?”
Nodding vehemently, Issei’s eyes are wide and innocent, as he’s done nothing wrong.
“Y-Yes ma’am! You’re Student Council President Sona Shitori, ma’am!”
Sona pauses for a moment… and then groans and palms her face. Issei blinks at this, watching her curiously as she shakes her head briefly before sighing.
“Not quite, Issei. Your new Mistress should have told you this already, but I see now that while she was talking my ear off about you, she was keeping me a secret. Put simply, I am like Rias. My true name is Sona Sitri… Heiress of House Sitri, of the Seventy-Two Pillars of the Underworld. I and the entire Student Council are all devils. They are my peerage.”
Issei’s eyes damn near bug out of his head at that, getting so wide. That explained… so much! No wonder the Student Council always seemed to have preternatural senses of when he and his friends were up to no good! They had devil senses to rely upon! That was… that was…
Wait… so then, why had Sona called him here? Furrowing his brow, Issei meets Sona’s eyes to see her flushed a bit, with one arm crossed over her body, under her chest, trying to push up her meager bust and draw his attention. No… there was no way, right?
Scowling, Sona abruptly stands.
“I can see that this is not enough to get through to you. Rias has… been quite the irritating gnat in my ear, this past month.”
Turning away from him, Sona… hops up onto her desk. The action has the intended effect of drawing Issei’s eyes downward, down her back… to her backside. For where the Sitri Heiress lacked up top, she more than made up for by having a massive dump truck of an ass. An ass that she’s now sitting on the edge of her desk, squishing it down as she looks back over her shoulder at him curiously.
“As I’m sure you know by this point, you are VERY powerful, Issei. And us devils… are understandably attracted to power. Even someone l-like me… can’t simply exist in the same space as you for long without getting… ideas. Especially not when a certain red head is being such a bitch about things.”
That last sentence is muttered under Sona’s breath, though Issei still hears it. Of course, he’s also very much focused on her ass, at the moment. Brightening up as she realizes this, the Sitri Heiress shifts her hips from side to side.
“Like what you see, Issei? It is my greatest asset, isn’t it? Perhaps you’d care to get a closer look. Perhaps you and me… can come to an arrangement, apart from your relationship with your Mistress~”
Sona’s voice is suddenly husky and deep and VERY ‘Ara-Ara~’. Issei’s eyes flicker up from her ass to the glinting of her glasses as she looks back at him over her shoulder and slowly licks her lips. He blushes then, and even as his cock throbs, his heart pounds. Why… why did he suddenly feel like he needed an adult?

Rias all but runs to the Student Council Room. She doesn’t care that her breasts are bouncing all over the place, or that she’s sprinting fast enough for the short skirt of the schoolgirl uniform that she insisted on getting final say over is flipping up with every other step to show off her panty-less crotch. It’s not like there’s anyone around anyways at this time of day… and expedience is more important than propriety at the moment.
Tch, she should have known Sona would try something like this! So what if her and Akeno had been bragging about Issei all month long?! That didn’t give her fellow Heiress leave to try and go behind Rias’ back to snag him. Issei was Rias’ pawn… for all that he left her feeling like HIS cum rag, more days than not.
If Sona had done anything to him, if she’d forced him into anything he didn’t want to do in any way, shape, or form, Rias would…
Well, she didn’t quite know what she was going to do, but she supposed she best find out and quick, because she’d just made it to the Student Council Room. The door is locked, of course, but hearing loud slamming noises and voices from inside, Rias doesn’t waste time. Summoning a fragment of the Power of Destruction, she blows the lock off, kicks in the door, and steps inside.
“-H FUCK, OH FUCK, OH FUCK! S-Slow down! B-But don’t stop! Ah, f-fuck, my tight little asshole! Sooooo good! P-Please… pleasepleasplease!”
Only to immediately be buffeted by Sona Sitri’s voice in a tone that Rias had never heard before. A mixture of ecstasy, panic, and overwhelmed girlish glee. The Student Council President, usually so cool, calm, and collected, is currently bent over her own desk… and taking Issei’s sizable devil cock right up her ass, her butt cheeks positively CLAPPING as the brown-haired boy fucks her from behind without hesitation and without mercy.
As Sona squeals, Issei just chuckles and rears back a hand, giving one of the Sitri Heiress’ fat butt cheeks a hard smack, even as he continues to slam his cock into her anal canal again and again.
SMACK!
“E-Eep!”
A moment later, he finally registers Rias’ presence. Looking up, Issei blinks and then blushes a little before smiling and waving.
“Oh! Hey Rias! Sona and I were just getting acquainted! You don’t mind, do you?”
Rias… lets the tension bleed away from her, as a broad, wicked smirk spreads across her face. Letting out a laugh, the Gremory Heiress strides forward, confidence in every step as she sways and sashays her hips until she’s at Issei’s side. Running a hand down his chest, she shakes her head.
“If I do mind, it’s not you I’m mad at, Issei. Rather, this hussy who tried to sneak you out from under my nose is the one who’s earned my ire. Ah… but she’s failed, hasn’t she? After all, you could never say no to these babies, right?”
Yanking her top open, letting her breasts spill out, Rias smirks as Issei’s eyes immediately zero in on her tits. Giving her a big shit-eating grin and a thumbs up, Issei just nods happily, still bouncing Sona’s ass upon his cock as the bent over young woman squeals like a stuck pig.
“Boobs are the best, Rias! You definitely win!”
Rias grins, her head held high and her tits jutting out proudly as a result of Issei’s earnest, honest words. He might be blunt, but her perverted lover knew just what to say to make her heart go all a-flutter. Turning to Sona, Rias grabs the moaning, mewling Student Council President by her hair and yanks her head up, forcing her back to arch as Issei keeps fucking her ass. Needless to say, Sona has seen better days. Her glasses are askew, and her face is flushed red with arousal and naked lust.
For all that Sona acted the part of the goody two-shoes to Rias’ bad girl aesthetic, the fact was… both of them were devils. And at the end of the day, devils were creatures driven by their own desires more than anything else like logic or rational thinking. Sona could play at being the calm and collected half of their partnership over Kuoh all she wanted. She could pretend she was the one who thought with her head, while Rias thought with her gut.
But when push came to shove, Sona, deep down inside, wanted the same things Rias did. Right now, that was Issei’s big fat cock and insatiable libido, turned onto her to satisfy and slake her devilish desire to submit to a stronger demonic influence.
Rias got it, really, she did… but that didn’t mean she was just going to FORGIVE Sona. As Issei fucks her in the ass, Rias looks her in the eye.
“Hear that, Sona? I win.”
Sona just whimpers, both of them knowing that her failed gambit has left her… very exposed and in a position of absolute weakness that Rias can exploit in any number of ways to hold over the other Heiress. But Rias isn’t a malicious girl. Never has been.
“On account of our friendship, however, I’ll give you a chance to… mm, impress me. Recognize my claim to Issei, recognize that I’m at the top of the totem pole… and you and your peerage can have your place in my man’s harem. You see, it’s his greatest dream to be a Harem King. And I think we both agree, we’re more than happy to help him facilitate that.”
“R-Really?”
Issei’s excited voice draws a grin and nod from Rias. Sona, meanwhile, is gurgling, staring at Rias, knowing she really has no choice if she wants more of Issei. Her gambit, her attempt at controlling him with her ass… has proven to be a total, utter failure. In the end… the Student Council President nods, panting heavily as she speaks one simple word.
“D-Deal.”
Rias beams and then comes up with a devilish idea.
“Great! Let’s seal our deal the right way then, shall we? Oh, and Issei? Go ahead and fuck her pussy now. Heiress Sitri doesn’t need that pesky virginity of hers any more than I did~”
If Sona would have protested this, Rias doesn’t know. She doesn’t give the other girl a chance to do so. Hopping up onto the desk, she wraps her thighs around Sona’s head, letting the other girl’s face disappear beneath her skirt, where she grinds Sona’s mouth down onto her cunt. As Issei pulls out of Sona’s ass and thrusts into her gushing, sopping wet cunny, Rias grins at the feel of Sona jolted forward into her own pussy, and the tongue that begins to lick at her slit under her skirt.
Eyes lidded, Rias reaches up and uses her hands to mold her own tits, groping and squeezing and kneading them as much for Issei’s viewing pleasure as her own enjoyment. All the while, SHE watches as he claims yet another woman for his growing harem. Her powerful, powerful lover has managed to tame even Sona Sitri, the ice queen of Kuoh Academy.
To say Rias is impressed would be an understatement. She’s downright thrilled. With Issei’s acquisition of Sona, their future is looking especially bright. Rias can’t wait to see what happens next.
For now, though, she settles in to REALLY enjoy her current dominion over her friend. Sona had tried to pull one over on Rias by going behind her back and sneakily having Issei brought to her. And after Rias had been SO ‘kind’ to give Sona frequent updates about how much fun she, Akeno, and Issei had been having for the past month to.
It just wasn’t right… but luckily, in the end, Sona’s plan had backfired on her. Rather than getting one over on Rias, it was Rias who now had one over on Sona. And it was all thanks to Issei Hyoudou’s big fat cock.
