Summary: From the moment he enters the Champion's Room, Fleur Delacour is attracted to Harry and his magic. But he is younger than her, and so she responds with anger to cover up her arousal. Then, he saves her sister in the second task. What is a Veela to do, really? The wizards like to go on and on about how irresistible a Veela Allure is, but have no idea just how intoxicating a properly powerful wizard can be...
-x-X-x-
It was always ‘Veela Allure this’ and ‘Veela Allure that’. Humans never wanted to take responsibility for their own actions. More than that, they completely failed to understand exactly how Veela worked. Yes, the Veela Allure could attract the weak-willed and make them lower their inhibitions and act like fools. However, something not many wizards seemed to understand was that it could be a two way street.
If a Veela ran into a particularly powerful wizard, with a particularly dense amount of magic… it was like catnip. Just standing in the presence of such a man could be intoxicating in the extreme and leave a Veela head over heels in… not quite love, but certainly lust.
When Fleur Delacour had come to Hogwarts, she had not in a million years imagined that she would run into such a wizard. Wizards like that were so very rare, but more than that, they were known. You didn’t go through life as naturally powerful and gifted as all of that by being a stranger, after all. Everyone knew Albus Dumbledore was incredibly powerful, for instance… but it was deemed low risk, because of his age.
Even if he had been incredibly magically powerful once upon a time, and still had over a century of magical knowledge to fall back on… age took everything from people. The older you got, the more your body AND magic deteriorated. It was a testament to what Dumbledore had once been that he was still so widely well-regarded and respected even now, but Fleur hadn’t felt even a twinge when in the presence of the old wizard.
Not like what she’d felt that night when she was, naturally, chosen to represent Beauxbatons in the Triwizard Tournament. Only, it wasn’t either of her actual competitors who gave her pause. Viktor Krum and Cedric Diggory were handsome, capable wizards, but not powerful. No, that designation lay with the fourth, unexpected champion. One Harry James Potter.
… Perhaps they should have seen it coming. Harry Potter, the Boy-Who-Lived, said to have killed a Dark Lord at the tender age of one. He was exactly the type of celebrity that she should have been on the look out for. Only, no one outside of Great Britain actually bought into all of the Boy-Who-Lived’s hype. Honestly, the idea that he’d killed Voldemort as a one year old was ridiculous… right?
Everyone assumed that he was just your normal, average wizard, with a tragic past and a whole lot of weight on his shoulders. No more. No less.
Well, that wasn’t the case. The moment she’d found herself in a small room with the boy, Fleur had known he was the most magically powerful wizards she’d ever met. In the heat of the moment, she’d reacted in anger, a decision she now regretted. She’d taken out her confusion and uncertainty on the poor young man, in order to hide how she was truly feeling about him.
Then, she’d done everything in her power to stay far away from him. Until now. Until the Second Task.
He’d saved her sister, and Fleur… Fleur hadn’t been able to stop herself from going to him, from hugging him. It wasn’t enough though. It wasn’t nearly enough. She needed more. She needed to give him more. She needed-
“Fleur. He’s here.”
A voice just outside of her door causes Fleur to stiffen, lips thinning out.
“Let him in.”
A moment later, the door to her quarters opens and the man himself steps through. Harry Potter looks a little baffled as to why he’s here, the young wizard looking around the room for a moment before ultimately focusing on her.
“Um… hey?”
Smiling, Fleur dips her head, even as she waves for the girl at the door to close it and leave. She does so, and with that, they are alone.
“Good evening, ‘Arry.”
He swallows thickly, but she can tell it’s not because he’s affected by her allure. Rather, he’s drawn by her natural beauty, and perhaps by her accent. Good… she can work with that.
“Please, come ‘ave a seat with me.”
She’s sitting on the edge of her bed, and though Harry looks concerned for a moment, he ultimately nods and moves to sit down beside her. Fleur smiles… and then drops off of the bed entirely, falling to her knees and swiveling around to face him. He starts, going to stand up, or reach for her, perhaps thinking she’s fallen on accident. But she stops him with hands on his knees, jerking his legs apart.
“’Arry Potter. You saved my sister yesterday.”
Staring at her with wide green eyes, Harry’s throat bobs.
“Uh… well, actually, it turns out she was never in true danger. The Headmaster had a deal with the Merfolk and…”
He trails off, as Fleur shakes her head.
“Eet does not matter, ‘Arry. You saved ‘er. For that, I must repay you.”
When she reaches for his robes, pulling them apart and going to his trousers next, Harry’s eyes widen.
“What?! No, you don’t have to do anything, I-!”
“Allow me to rephrase. I WANT to repay you.”
Fleur’s amused tone and strong voice cuts Harry off, and he just stares at her in disbelief, giving her enough time to extract his cock from its confines. He is… average in size and growing hard quite rapidly. At least she has confirmation that he is not batting for the other team so to speak. It’s not the physical size that counts for Veela anyways. He is in no way small, but even if he was… it is his magic that she cares about, and right now, she is basking in it, practically BATHING in it.
Without another word, Fleur opens her naturally pouty lips and descends down Harry’s cock. He grows to full mast in her mouth like that, as she stares up into his emerald eyes and begins to suck him off, bobbing up and down his length without hesitation.
“Merlin…”
Harry’s quite exclamation comes as he just stares right back at her. The young wizard is clearly not used to this sort of feminine attention. But neither is he particularly opposed to it. That’s good, because Fleur doesn’t know what she would have done if he had rejected her. It might have seemed impossible, but it was nowhere near a sure thing.
And while she was confident that her family back home would understand, especially given what Harry had done for Gabriella, Fleur couldn’t say that her classmates or the Headmistress would fully understand her going down on her knees and blowing one of her competitors. Certainly, they wouldn’t understand what she intended to do after this.
Reaching up, Fleur fondles Harry’s balls and slobbers her way up and down his entire length, having to choke herself a little bit to properly deep-throat his whole cock all at once.
“Gluuughk… Hulghk… Glughk!”
Harry, meanwhile, is left panting and groaning. A virgin, no doubt, but Fleur doesn’t mind that. In fact, her Veela Instincts SCREAM at her to lock this down, to take him already, to make him hers… and to become his in turn. Because with his power, there was no way for her Allure to give her the advantage in their relationship. No, she would always be naturally subservient to him. At their first meeting, the idea of that had upset Fleur greatly. Now? Now, she was perfectly fine with it.
“F-Fuck… Fleur, I’m uh… I’m going to cum!”
Harry’s inexperience shows again, as he barely manages to give her any warning at all before exploding into her mouth. She’s vaguely ready for it to happen at any time of course and does her best to swallow. However, what she’s not expecting is for Harry’s seed to be so… magically charged.
Eyes widening and then rolling back in her head, Fleur cums on the spot as well, creaming her panties as that first swallow of hot, sticky, magical jizz flows down her throat and into her belly. The next however, she’s not quite ready for.
In the end, she drinks down one in three squirts of the glorious white fluid, and ends up rocked backwards, popping off of his cock as the rest of his load ends up all over her face and the chest of her Beauxbatons Uniform.
As his seed stains the fabric, Fleur can’t help but lean back, gazing down in wonder at the gift of his cum. She’s never felt more energized… nor intoxicated. Moaning throatily and wantonly, she begins to scoop his cum off of her wherever it’s fallen and slide it into her mouth, slurping it down like a wanton slut, unable to handle her own instincts, her own desires.
“F-Fleur…”
Harry’s call to her is initially ignored, but eventually her eyes flutter and she comes back to herself to see him staring at her, bright red. He’s embarrassed both on her behalf… and also for himself, as his cock is once more rock hard from the wanton display, she’s just put on for him.
Blushing a little right back, that doesn’t stop Fleur from licking her lips one last time… and pulling out her wand. With a few quick swishes and some silent magic, Fleur has divested herself and Harry of their clothing, as well as cleaned up the last of his seed from her face. Wearing only her little light blue beret on top of her head, Fleur circles around Harry, enjoying the way his emerald eyes track her as she climbs onto the bed.
Flopping back onto some pillows, the mostly naked Veela, save for the hat atop her head, turns around and presents herself to him. Hooking her hands under her knees and pulling her legs halfway up to her naked chest, she spreads her thighs apart, exposing her glistening wet pussy mound and offering herself in her entirety to the speechless, stunned wizard.
“Please, ‘Arry. I need it. I need you to fuck me. I need you to claim me as your mate~”
Blinking rapidly, Harry climbs onto the bed after her, even getting as far as to be kneeling over her before stopping. He’s panting as he holds his cock in his hand, pointing it at her sex.
“I thought… I thought you just wanted to reward me.”
Fleur’s blush intensifies, and she reaches out to hook an arm around his neck and pull him in for a kiss. Even his SALIVA is magically charged, and she positively moans as her pussy clenches around nothing at all from the exchange of spit between their two mouths. Their tongues wrestle for a moment, before Fleur reluctantly pulls away.
“I do, ‘Arry. I want to reward you… with all of me. I am yours, if you will have me.”
There’s a brief moment of hesitation, another sign of Harry’s power. No other wizard, even the strongest willed, could possibly resist Fleur as she is now. Her Veela Allure wouldn’t allow it. If she got anyone to this point, naked and in bed with her, then they would be completely unable to hold themselves back unless they just weren’t into women.
But Harry… Harry has all the power in the world, both magically and in this moment, here and now. He has the power over her… and Fleur wouldn’t have it any other way.
“Okay. I’ll have you… if you’ll have me.”
Fleur’s eyes widen, and her blush intensifies, but she hastily nods to the younger wizard, causing him to grace her with a bright, happy smile. Her heart damn near melts at the sight, and she… she gets the impression that Harry Potter has had a hard life. That despite being the British Wizarding World’s Hero, he has not had a kind go of it.
But then he’s inside of her, and she can’t focus on any of that anymore. Rather, all she can focus on is how good it feels to have his cock pushing into her depths. Fleur cries out as he takes her virginity. She was saving it for someone special… but then, who was more special than Harry Potter? Not only the most powerful wizard she’d ever met, but so kind and selfless as to try and save her sister from a seemingly horrible fate.
He even tries to stop as he realizes he ‘hurt’ her, but Fleur quickly wraps her legs around his waist and yanks him in closer.
“Moooore… don’t stop, ‘Arry! ‘Arder!”
She refuses to let him hold back for her sake. She wants him to fuck her properly, to mate her as a powerful wizard SHOULD mate his Veela. Luckily, Harry gets the hint and begins to thrust into her, slamming forward at a somewhat uneven, inexperienced pace. It’s his first time, just as it’s her first time… but it doesn’t matter.
Under any normal circumstances, it might have been terrible. But these are not normal circumstances. Fleur is a Veela, and Harry is an incredibly powerful wizard. His cock slides in and out of her sopping wet cunt at a rapid pace, and she… she takes it like a champ, more focused on the magical side of things then the physical side.
Speaking of which, Fleur wastes no time in dragging Harry back down into another kiss, this one part of an extended makeout session as they fuck. This has multiple purposes. One, she wants to drink more of his saliva, wants to partake in more of his wondrous magical presence. Two, they really need to quiet down a little bit, or rather, SHE needs to, because her moans are already starting to graduate into squeals and screams as she creams herself upon his cock again and again.
Ultimately, it’s everything Fleur never knew she needed. She came to Hogwarts this year to participate in the Triwizard Tournament. Everyone had known it would be her, and she had been quite eager to showcase her skills and talents, as well as prove Beauxbatons’ superiority over the other two Wizarding Schools.
Instead, she had given a mediocre showing in the First Task, and a completely abysmal showing in the Second. Instead, she had discovered that Harry Potter was the man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. Instead… she was here, on her back, surrendering to the most powerful wizard of his age.
Eyes rolling back in her head, Fleur cries out into Harry’s lips, clenching down around his cock one last time before he cums inside of her, filling her womb with his seed. As he does so, she clings to him all the harder, refusing to let him go. Until finally, they pull apart and he collapses next to her, allowing Fleur to cuddle up against his side.
“I can’t… I can’t believe we just did that.”
Harry rapidly catches his breath, and down between his legs, Fleur can already see his cock twitching. Physically, he’s a thin young man and a bit stunted in the height department. But she can see that his immense magic has more than made up for that, and he won’t run out of stamina any time soon.
Looking at him, Fleur beams happily as she trails her fingers down his chest, towards his crotch to begin jacking him off.
“My beloved mate… believe eet, because we just did. And if you are not opposed to eet… we shall do eet again.”
The look Harry gives her tells Fleur that he is very much NOT opposed. And so, they continue to explore each other. As a Wizard and his Veela would.

I would love to see a continuation of this, not strictly restricted to her family but other girls from Hogwarts or Fleurs school. With her Veela charm affecting those she chooses to

Great chapter, I want more. I agree with the other review, add Gabrielle later or even her mother.
